Correct!

Had to pull up bulbapedia for both the legs and tail thing. Seemingly just has feet and no clearly visible legs when just looking at it. Followed bulpapedia's claim of it having legs.

Ah. Never thought of having feet, but no legs. Probably affects the Jigglypuff line and some others. Thank goodness for the Pokedex.
