I have a blue, dog-like body. I have a few white spots on me, and streamer like appendages blowing from behind me. i have a crystal on my head. what am i?

Ditto has more than one cell. Read:
"It has the ability to reconstitute its entire cellular structure to transform into whatever it sees." More than one cell.

Mudkip? That could be any water Pokemon dude...:\
 
Point taken. All though, ditto does look like an amoeba. :P

And yeah...many pokes swim but the internet meme is I Liek Mudkipz so thats why I put it.
