WHO's that pokemon

Um. Illumise? [ probably not, best guess though ]

I have what looks like two extended arms protruding from my purple head.
 
Is it Rayquaza? Or am I wrong?
 
I'm guessing Froslass or Dusknoir.....
What pokemon looks like it has 3 pokeballs on it ? (1 on head ) (1 on each arm/hand)
 
Mine is really not that hard,

Ghost Pokemon have a striking resemblance to certain monsters

Sableye=Goblins
Dusknoir=Grim Reaper
Froslass=Yuki Onna

And those three were incorrect btw.
