Who's the best?

Okay I'm a huge Final Fantasy fan, and my favorite character is Cloud from FF VII. I was just wondering if your a fan of the FF series then who is your favorite character and why?

Obviously I'm going with Cloud ^^ FF VII was the first FF game I bought and I loved all of it ^^

Cecil from FFIV. =D. Simply because I like the team where he goes from darkness to light. And Also because there's a sequel to the game with his Son Ceodore as the main character. =D.

Even though VII is my favorite game in the FF series, I'd have to say my favorite character is Dagger/Garnet from IX. Out of the ones I've played (I-IX), I think the characters in IX were the best developed and written for, and she's the best example of that. I think the part in Dali where she's trying to learn how to talk like a commoner is what sold me that IX had great story telling.

Sephiroth. Because he radiates pure unadulterated awesomeness. Plus, anyone who can call a meteor to hit the sun, causing it to expand and destroy half the Solar System just to attack his enemies is epic.

MegaMan is the best Fianal Fantasy character of all time. For obvious reasons.


A close second would be Rikku, for her colourful personality and dress style.
