Question: Why do forum areas change/get new mods?

    Pokémon General has had 4 different mods since I first joined PokéComminity Forums and other forums have changed mods to yet Pokémon Trivia has had the same mod the entire time.

    why do forums change/get new mods?
     
    Not everyone is on staff forever, so whenever a section's moderator chooses to resign, it's up to h-staff to go looking for a new candidate to succeed the previous mod.
     
    Some people retire, other people get fired. The reason for anyone leaving is the business of whomever it concerns. As they leave, other people eventually come to take their place.

    Tara's an amazing mod, and since she's not retiring (I hope not!) she'll be around to stay. :D If she decides she's had her run, or god forbid, hstaff decides to fire her (please don't), then she'll go and will be replaced with someone else.
