Will Team Rocket ever win?

    Hmmm... I can think of many reasons that Jesse, James, and Meowth never captures Pikachu. Oh well.

    I dont see in that post were it says..will team rocket over win...or how that relates to wat u posted but im guna answer it any way....I dont think team rocket will ever win because the bad guys never win...ive never watched a movie were the bad guys win...so no they will never win
     
    firstly team rocket will never win because they are too stubborn... well they're not made to win.

    Secondly, if team rocket hadnt had those tea/coffee breaks after they caught the pokemon they wanted, then they might have succeeded for once.

    An obvious sign that somebody is either selecting the movies, or s/he isn't watching enough movies, or reading enough stories/fanfics. There's tons of situations where the bad guy wins.

    Shouldn't this go in TV Shows/Movies since it seems to be about show only characters?

    And James did steal and keep a Pokemon (he eventually traded it though). Weepinbell/Victreebel wasn't his to begin with, he stole it from Cassidy and Butch's breeding center. 4kids thought they'd have fun and change the translation to make Jessie and James seem worse.

    They will never win. Its a cartoon for kids, and good guys always have to win and bad guys always have to lose.
    Also they make many mistakes all the time:
    - break for tea
    - slow balloon
    They should run away from Ash in jet. I don`t get it, why do they use this balloon all the time.

    Umm, because it is classic?

    Besides, they do use other things to escape.
     
    Well, we have seen it in Kanto, Orange and Johto now Houen. I don`t know, why they can`t win sometimes. For example, "Princess vs Princess" - Jessie should win dolls, because she needed it more than Misty. I was pretty angry when Misty won.
    Also, episode about Swellow. James should win Contest. But Ash was lucky again, his Taillow evolved. Bleh.
     
    The whole purpose of Jesse, James and Meowth being in the show is meant for losing to Ash and co. The roles they have in the last two movies ("Pokemon Heroes"/"Guardians of the water-capital" and "Jirachi: Wishmaker"/"The Wishing Star of Seven Nights") are minimum. Heck, if you cut out the parts where TR appears in those movie, it (almost) wouldn't even matter.
    I like Team Rocket when they first appeared in the show. Back then they could be really considered a threat to Ash.

    As for evil never winning, what about Team Magma? They managed to steal data from the museum (was it a museum?) in Slateport and data regarding Groudon and Kyogre from the weatherstation.
     
    Because they are the bad guys, and they never win...or they're not trying hard enough. :P The even failed kiddnapping Togepi. XD

    And bleh, it's a kid's show for the most part. They aren't gonna get a final win, because in the kid's shows, evil always seems to fail in the end. =/
     
    Um, I don't think they will, but on there other 'missions' there somtimes set they win!
     
    Eh. Like someone before almost certianly said, they're too dumb to do anythnig right, at least for long, anyway.
     
    Remember that Jhoto Journeys episode where TR was in a giant Gengar robot?
    Did they have to reveal themselves? It spoiled the fun!
     
    Not likely, seeing as if all typical 'villiains' lose in the end. It's quite sad, really... Team Rocket could've been a great challenge for Ash & Co., but instead are just a running joke throughout the series.
