I dunno if this is good but I was thinking maybe have one of the legendary dogs be the main villain (like Entei as it was last time, even though I hadn't joined XD) and then have these Pokemon as his like...main henchmen or captains:
Mightyena
Houndoom
Umbreon
Absol
Or just pick like 2 or a certain number out of those. I dunno, just a quick idea.

First we get up and have some breakfast (obviously we don't eat the same thing, lol)
Then we go and get ready to go out for the day
We battle some trainers and train
Take a lunch break
Then go back to battling/training
Then we head back home close to dark and relax a bit
Eat some dinner
Go to bed

Veiwing there DP sprites i think zigzagoon. But i guess any pokemon can be cheerful! (but dark pokemon, grumpy lot O.o)
