Personally, if I could 'morph' into something, I'd definitely transform into a Kamen Rider.
To be more specific, I'd transform into Kamen Rider Joker

This is a tricky one...I'd kinda like to morp into some sort of sea creature, but one pretty high on the food-chain so as to lower my chance of randomly being eaten during an afternoon swim.
