Worst Pokemon Ever

I recently had a debate with my roommate as to what the worst Pokemon is. We set rules stating that you must take the entire evolution line into consideration so you can't say Metapod or some baby, stats and typing will have to be considered of course. When it comes to the nitty gritty stuff, you take move pool and ability into consideration. You also have to take any possible item boost into consideration, like bone club or leek.

I was rooting for either Delibird or Minun, my Roommate was going for Luvdisc or Spinda. We debated on and off for about 45 minutes and cut it down to Luvdisc and Delibird. Stat wise, both are pretty awful. Now, both of them have decent typing, Water is bulky and the common weakness of electric, while Flying/Ice has the Electric weakness as well as a 4X rock weakness. Ability wise, Swift Swim and Hydration are pretty useful, Hustle can be pretty nice too, though. Attack wise, Luvdisc is superior in that it actually learns decent attacks through level up, while Delibird is stuck with present. Delibird, though can learn some good moves through Tm (Mainly ice beam). My Roommate was still convinced that Luvdisc was the worst, so we expanded to metagame use, and the catch rates/rarity. Delibird is much rarer and has a lower catch rate, while Luvdisc is everywhere and is no problem to catch. After a while longer of debate, we finally came to a conclusion.

Both Pokemon -while being novel and interesting are generally useless with no evolutions or real battle prowess- have been decided as terrible pokemon. But with Luvdisc coming with the heart scale, and Delibird's rarity, we concluded that Delibird is the worst Pokemon ever. It is much too difficult to find, and it's just bad all round. (Plus, the Christmas themed Pokemon is less "culturally sensitive" due to the fact that I'm Jewish)

So there's my 50 cents. What do you think is the worst Pokemon ever?

Shedninja because it's a pain in the neck.

Luvdisc, because I can OHKO the thing every time. :x How weak. ;__; Delibird comes second, however.

EDIT @ Toujours: Oh right. I forgot it existed. :S

I'd throw Unown in there with worst. At least Luvdisc has a specialization, Unown is just all-around bad and has all the Psychic weaknesses, which are pretty common.

I'd probably throw in Farfetch'd as a "worst" Pokemon because its stats are comparable to an NFE's. Pachirisu is in the same boat because it can't significantly hurt anything outside of hitting a full health opponent with Super Fang.

See, I didn't want to bring Unown into this because it was made intentionally useless. And Unown does have a very slight usability if you happen to know what it's hidden power is strong against. I thought Unown would have been too easy a choice, so we disqualified it.

Well saying a Pokemon is TOO bad so it's disqualified kind of...doesn't seem to be a really fair way to decide. o_O What about Unown makes it seem like it was designed to be the worst Pokemon anyway? I never got that vibe from it.

I don't know.. I just didn't want to use Unown because it's the general obvious choice. I'm just saying, being restricted to using only hidden power gives it some uselessness (or random unexpected usefulness). Either way, I disqualified it from my personal debate because it took all the fun out of debating the subject.

Farfetch'd is one of those Pokemon that just need to go, I know Luvdisc is bad but at least it's fast enough to get a hit in. Farfetch'd is just a complete waste of a slot on the Pokedex, other than using him for cut and fly in Red and Blue you know you're just trolling your opponent when you put Farfetch'd on your team.

For those of you who think that Magikarp the weakest Pokemon, it's not really the weakest, it's the 9th weakest Pokemon, a base stat of 200. These 8 others are:
    8. Feebas: Base stat: 200(equal to Magikarp)
    7. Ralts: Base Stat: 198
    6. Weedle: Base Stat: 195(equal to the 2 other larva Pokemon)
    5. Wurmple: Base Stat: 195(equal to the 2 other larva Pokemon)
    4. Caterpie: Base Stat: 195(equal to the 2 other larva Pokemon)
    3. Kricketot: Base Stat: 194
    2. Azurill: Base stat: 190
    1. Sunkern: Base stat: 180

Sunkern is technically the weakest Pokemon in game, search it up in Bulbapedia, if you don't believe me. Magikarp does suck for not learning TM move, and it also sucks for not learning moves by breeding. And that these stats are there when they are between LV 30 and 50(their average stats. But Feebas is a bit better than Magikarp. And that if you see those sweeps(when they only use 1 pokemon to beat all 6 pokemon, but some of them need other Pokemon to help increase their stats and protect themselves by status moves for the sweep to work, thats when the little pokemon have a chance to sweep all Pokemon, the Magikarp sweep is the best). But this is related to Gaming central, which means that this is about Pokemon games. EDIT: Sydian locked my post for no entire reason and told me to make this into a comment here. IDK why he locked it.

inb4 Dunsparce, which is actually decent.

I'd say Unown, like Toujours. Magikarp, Sunkern and the likes at least have evolutionary potential; Unown has nothing.

Magikarp is weakest. All it can do is Splash and tackle at a later level. Sunkern could beat Karp, due to it's type advantage. Yeah it might have more base stats than Sunkern, it's Splash attack is what sets it apart.

Well, the worst is Unown in my opinion, as it can only learn one move, has mediocre stats, and getting super effective from a leech life, and actually almost dying just fails

Definitely Unown. At least Magikarp can learn Tackle, Flail, and Bounce (which are actually quite useful for a Magikarp). Unown, on the other hand, only knows Hidden Power and is very easy to beat. Ditto would be second, though.
