Would you be a nice or cruel trainer?

Pretty much the same as any other animal trainer
 
I'd be a nice trainer obviously. I would treat them like any other animal or pet, with respect and affection. I couldn't be nice all the time, you have to be strict if you want to get them stronger.
 
I would be a nice trainer but a bit quiet and defensive.
 
I'd probably be like Piccolo was with Gohan when he was training as a child. Stern, strict, but always there and willing to die for them.

As long as they do what I say, there aren't gonna be any problems and I'm not gonna be that nasty. But if they try anything funny or attempt to stage some sort of coup or revolt, I will not be held responsible for my actions. I do not readily tolerate insubordination within my ranks.

I'm a friendly trainer usually, but I find Paul funny.
 
I'd treat my Pokemon like Ash does because I feel that each Pokemon is like a person; they want to be treated as you'd be treated.
