would you rather pokemon style

A Steelix, since I've always had difficulty obtaining one. (Thank goodness for the in-game trade in X/Y!)

in-game trade? that explains why I met a couple of 'Thumpers' on battle spot and even one on my boxes because of wonder trade.

Saffron city!, it took me so long to enter there (as a kid I couldn't figure where to obtain the water for the guards until I randomly got to celadon's last floor), and it's one of the coolest cities, with the pokeball factory, the psychic guy, connections to 4 other towns and 2 gyms. And it doesn't stop there, because by defeating one of those gyms you get a hitmon, and the leader from the other gym is Sabrina with her badass psychic pokes.

Well, I'm not sure if that actually answered the question, so I'll say I'd live in saffron because I love psychic pokes.

Surf on a Rhydon! It'd feel way safer and water is super fun to be in, especially when you're zooming through it at such a high speed... assuming it can actually move in the water!

Would you rather hug a Slugma or sit on a Ferrothorn?

Poliwag, it spends its time in water so at least it'll be clean!

Gardevoir, the only reason I'll train Audinos would be to use them as a punching bag for the other pokemon.

Would you rather be a gym leader of a boss in a battle tower/battle chateau/etc
 
Gym leader, you could have full control over your own type and be the best in the region at that variety of Pokémon - a very cool goal in my mind.

Would you rather hike to the peak of Mt. Coronet, or dive to the bottom of Pacidiflog Town?

Regular. I've never done the nuzlocke challenge.

Brendan; considering he's the male choice in R/S/E and OR/AS, and that's usually the one I go with. But due to the lack of appearance in the anime, he also hasn't been given a personality, which means as a player, it feels more like it's your own character, which I don't think applies to May.

Team Galactic, have you seen those uniforms? Plus their whole "oh let's just bend time and space to our will it's no big deal" theme is really cool. :D

Would you rather rely on Flamethrower or Fire Blast for your main Pokémon?
