6th Gen X and Y Exclusive Content

I pre-ordered both games so IDC.

At my birthday I got enough money in gift cards to pre-order (LIKE A BOSS)

Before deciding which one I should get, I'll wait for more version exclusives, and for the evolutions of Skrelp and Clauncher. However, I could get both games.

Peroppafu and Shushup are literally the cutest things and I'm so annoyed they're exclusives. I guess I'd rather use cotton candy than a perfume bird. I like Xerneas more than Yveltal and the other two exclusives didn't really catch my eye, although I will admit Skrelp is interesting but Clauncher seems more powerful.

I hope we get more non-Pokemon exclusive content.

Maybe they will be pointless exclusives like petilil and cottonee, where you can trade literally 30 seconds after catching the version exclusive.

I am getting X. I like all the version exclusives in X. I also love the Fairy type after hating after it's first reveal. We will probably have older exclusive pokemon for each version too. So I am hoping they will be good for X as well. As someone said, it may not matter. We may be able to trade them in game, but I think that was mainly because there was 156 pokemon. One may be tradeable, but I doubt all of them will be like Rufflet ect. I thinking there will be at least 1 other new version exclusive pokemon.

Pokemon X appeals to me more than Y because I hate the designs of both Skrelp and the "Cotton Candy thing" that is Swirlix. Yveltal looks like Giratina's origin forme as well, whereas Xerneas shapes into my favorite animal. Pokemon Z may not be out of the question, as there may be one more legendary Pokemon waiting for us soon.

I'm more concerned with how the cover of the game looks than the different pokemon in each. Everything from the way the disc looks every day I put it in, to the icon on my 3DS when I select it, and the game intro that I mash "A" through every time. I want to see a soothing blue and a mysterious deer, not an eyecatching red with a dark bird on it. Might seem insignificant, but these things can make or break my mood whenever I start up my game.

And so although I like Y's common pokemon more, I'm still choosing X for Xerneas.
