I saw the change, and it was enough for the form I had to slip out of my mind, and what formed instead was a ice horse. At least, it was a horse until my immediate panic gave me a singular spiral horn on my forhead. I neighed, having failed to give myself human vocal cords, and I reared onto my back legs, preparing to charge him, and impale him.

Hey!" I said, instantly shifting back into moth and fluttering until I found a perch high up on the wall. I hoped she wouldn't attack me like that, and I waited, turning around on the wall to look at her, seeing if she was still frantic...

I saw him move up there, but at this point I turned and moved at a canter down the concrete pathway. I knew there was a patway to the ocean where i could merge with the water and stay hidden. Every time my hooves hit the ground, it left an ice patch, even though I didn't realise it. I just wanted out.

Hearing Yi-Ling's assuring words, Isabelle nodded, beaming. When 'Catman' told her his name, Isabelle looked up at him, curiosity flickering in her eyes.

"Da..vid?" Isabelle repeated slowly, thinking. She stood in silece for a while before she abruptly stuck out her tongue at him playfully. "Nah, Catman suits you better~!"

As Catman, erm...David, offered a suggestion to Yi-Ling about their date, Isabelle raised her hand and jumped up and down to get their attention.

"Hey, hey, can I go with you guys? I won't bother you, I promise! And I'll go else where if both of you want to be alone!" She exclaimed in a pleading sort of way.

"We should go get the food, and find somewhere private to eat, if you'd like." he offered.

Yi-Ling was about to open her mouth to answer when Isabelle said,

"Hey, hey, can I go with you guys? I won't bother you, I promise! And I'll go else where if both of you want to be alone!" She exclaimed in a pleading sort of way.

Yi-Ling looked at David, "Can she?" she asked him hopefully. She can't just resist Isabelle's pleading...

"Sure, as long as she stops calling me Catman." I chuckled. "Hey, the pizza place is just across the street. Want to go there?" I asked after scoping the area surrounding me. I didn't want to force her to eat pizza, it was her choice.

"Yay~! Thank you!" Isabelle exclaimed blissfully, hugging Cat--David's waist; it was the best she could reach. After letting go, she rested her arms on her hips and grinned cheekily at him. "But I'll still call you Catman!" She giggled.

Whilst waiting for Yi-Ling to answer the question proposed to her, Isabelle rubbed her hands together. It was what she often does when she wanted to activate her powers in public; the best way since it doesn't look uncanny at all. She then cupped her hands in front of her and faced Yi-Ling. Then, pretending as though there was something lying in her palms, she blew it towards Yi-Ling, beaming goofily. Good luck, Sissy.

Yi-Ling sighed in relief as David nodded in agreement. "Hey, the pizza place is just across the street. Want to go there?"

?Sure!? Yi-Ling replied happily, but, still? she twisted her tank top in anticipation and joy.

"But I'll still call you Catman!" Yi-Ling heard Isabelle giggle, which made her smile softly, shaking her head.

While Yi-Ling stood, awaiting for David?s reply, Isabelle popped out of nowhere and blew something in her face, grinning all the while. Which? made Yi-Ling lose her balance.
?Eeek~!? she shrieked as she feel to the floor, landing in a flowerbed. She got up, blushing fiercely. ?Sorry?? she mumbled to no one in particular, while brushing herself off.

"No problem!" I exclaimed, not knowing what her sister had done to her. I decided it was probably nothing, and took Yi-Ling's hand. "Lets go then! I have something I want to tell you when we fget away from all of the people." I said, winking.

I fluttered off of the wall as she ran off, and though it took a lot of effort, I eventually caught up with her. I settled down on her back, ignoring the pain from the cold as I held on for dear life. I didn't know where she was going, but I wasn't going to give up chase this easily. She wouldn't force me away, I knew that much...

I took a turn, though realising i had forgotten the mapping of the drainage. I slowed to a halt, returning to my human form, not realising that I had been followed. I sighed lightly, thinking i had lost them, as i slowly moved on, following the flow of the water.

I slipped back into my human form as I fluttered off of her back, not making a single noise, until I decided to speak from behind her. "Why did you run? I promise, I don't mean you any harm." I said, honestly wondering why she had bolted off like that. I wanted to be helpful. If she ran off again, I'd take a faster form, or better yet, maybe even hers, that way I know I could catch up...

I whirled around, considering bolting, when I realised that it wouldn't do me any good. He had followed me this far, and I was getting tired from re-freezing so much. "I don't like people" I said, not moving away, but still wary. "obvoiusly you want me for some reason, that's more then enough reason for me to not like you"

"Don't forget about me.' i said, catching up easily now that she stopped. "Nothign wrong with talking to a person,is ther? Especially one as unique as you." I said. "I've never seen someone with such a complete control over water based elements before. How long did it take you to learn how to control it?"

"I just want to talk, really." I said, I was so suprised by her words, that I wasn't even thinking about my control over my abilities, as my hair became snow white in color, almost neon in the near pitch darkness of the sewers. "It's a relief to see a mutant outside of the institute who isn't trying to kill us, unless you count that incedent with the unicorn." I said, smiling innocently.

"I don't really know. I just remember waking up one morning a few years back underwater, though I wasn't drowning" I said to the latest arrival, then to the now white-haired man, "My unicorn form is only when I'm stressed and trying to kill." in a easy tone that implied i wasn't bothered by the fact I had tried to kill him.

"A unicorn form to kill, huh?" I said, raising an eyebrow. "And interesting way to do it. Most would probably choose some sort of wolf or demonic looking crature or somthing of that sort.' I siad. "But I suppose one would rather be killed by a unicorn instead of some monster." I said in amusement.

"I kinda picked it for the mythical irony, considering that a unicorn's horn is for healing only, me, I use it to kill." i said, resting aginst the wall. I wasn't comfortable around them, but I might as well give the appearence I was. "And thanks to the way people act around mutants, I've had plenty of targets"
