    Well I guess that makes me the first to test this place out. Since despite the number of enthsusiastic members joined up for the last one the RP fell out, I'm hoping that here we'll find enough dedicated members to keep it running. If you were a member of the previous MU, You can copy and paste your bio to this topic to reinstate that character. If you wish to make a new character, or were not a member of the previous MU, I copied that first post below so you can make a new one.

    Age: 14
    Gender: Male
    Appearance: David stands at the height of exactly 5'11" He has orangey-red coloured hair, and green cat-like eyes. David usually wears a baggy grey sweater with a hood, and a pain of navy blue jeans, but he sometimes wears different outfits. He also has a thin gold chain around his neck.
    Personality: David's personality differs depending on who he's around, and what he's doing. If he's in public, he tends to give off more of that "tough guy" feeling. He remains silent, unless addressed, and always has a serious face. When he is around friends however, his true colours show. He is carefree, happy, kind, and always likes to have fun!

    Genome: Mutant
    Powers: Somehow, he was experimented on when he was a small child, gaining some DNA of a cat. The DNA gave him the strange eyes, along with a black cat tail and black cat ears, the inside a pinkish colour. He also become extremely agile, and quick. The downside to all this is that the cat DNA sometimes gains more control then he'd like.

    Appearance: Stark white hair set low over his forehead. He has brilliant blue eyes and a pale complexion. He wears a white T-shirt and a white pair of Jeans. his shoes are white as well (lotta white, huh?

    personality: very quiet and serious, he says no more than he needs to. He keeps to himself to avoid being realized, but if he steps up for someone he is quite efficient.

    Powers: Is capable of launching balls of extreme heat and light energy from any part of his body, preferrrably his hands. he can also turn any item he touches into a brilliant Projectile.
    Mutant name: Flashpoint
    Alignment: Currently Neutral, though he may be forced to one side or the other sooner or later...

    Age: 13
    Gender: Female
    Appearance: Her human form is tall, with pale skin, and she likes to wear a blue sleeveless and white shorts. Her eyes are a sea blue, and her hair is a lighter blue.
    personality: Kinda depends on whatever is affecting her. If she's depressed, she will not talk to anyone, and some say the air around her has a depressed feeling. When she's happy or has had too much chocolate, she goes out of control and cannot shut up.

    Genome: Mutant
    Powers: She can melt into water and assume any form out of water afterwards, her main attack being to spit out ice shards or unlesh a blast of high-pressured water.
    Mutant name: Aqua
    Alignment: None at the moment.

    Name: Isabelle [Isa for short] Vandom
    Age: 10
    Gender: Female
    Appearance: Isa has honey brown hair that cascades down to her shoulders and vivid cerulean eyes. She has a slender frame and a soft, fair skin. She stands about four foot eight. She is usually dressed in green cargo shorts, seemingly meant to be for boys', and a loose, black long sleeved shirt underneath an orange shirt. She wears sneakers and often ties her hair in a simple ponytail.

    Personality: Isabelle is the kind of girl with a cheery and childish outlook on life. She is very playful and is extremely na?ve; she would believe anything said to her, an advantage to many when they seek her powers for good luck. She also has a reckless vibe within her as she always tends to try out new things. She can be rather dense at times, but she's not that stupid.

    Genome: Mutant
    Powers: Isa has powers to control the laws of probability, therefore she is able to give herself, or anyone else, superior luck or bad luck. She hasn't completely gained control over her powers and usually makes big mistakes every time she activates her powers.

    Alignment: Neutral~ She would effortlessly go with any side, though.

    Appearance:Greey eyes, short brown hair. Average featuires aside from the scar running along his arm. Wears a white shirt, blue jeans with belt, denim cutoff vest and suede boots. Battle outfit consists of a black suit in the typical Institute style with steel plating over the arms, torso, and upper legs.
    Personality: Typically a nice guy with a friendly smile and something to say to everyone. Overly self-scrificing and subordinates his own needs to those of his friends. Thus, when angered, amazingly dangerous to anyone who's threatenming his companions.

    Powers: Can superheat objects or people, increasing their innate temperature to tens of thousands of degrees.
    Mutant name: Fever
    Alignment: Institute

    Age: 16
    Gender: male
    Appearance: When he's not using his powers, he looks like an ordinary, large (not fat) teenage guy, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes, which always have very dark circles under them from lack of sleep.
    personality: I'm terrible at describing personalities, get to know him and you'll see it. >_>

    Genome: mutant
    Powers: He can shapeshift into almost any person or animal, including mutants. When he takes the form of a mutant, he has their powers as well, but not nearly as strong as the original's.
    Mutant name: Chal (pronounced cal, as in Calvin)
    Alignment: Institute
     
    Name: Belle Morte
    Age: 10
    Gender: female
    Appearance: The first thing you'll notice is her child like figure. Although slender, anyone can automatically assume Belle is merely seven years old. She has flowing silver strands of hair, usually kept back with a single black headband although few bangs come out anyway. Her eyes are also the strange hue of metallic pale gray, with her skin extremely soft and light, making it hard to distinguish her, especially at night. She has a simple attire. A sleeveless breezy white top creates a slit near the bottom, as well as layers of soft velvety cloth serving as her skirt, barely teaching her knees. Her height stands at about 4'5.
    Personality: Her childish demeanor often mistakes her for who she really is. Belle strangely has the tendency to act all innocent when she really is not. She likes violence and will damage anyone who severely aggravates her. People are usually surprised and shocked by her sudden change of mind and emotion. But deep inside, her heart is nothing more than a simple child's loneliness.

    Powers: When one of her emotions reaches its peak, Belle lets off an aura that eventually creates a shield, which can literally block off any means of attack, including mutant powers, but only for a limited amount of time.

    Age: 16
    Gender: Female
    Appearance: Short and petite, with long black hair that reaches up to her ankles. Her hair usually covers the left side of her face. She has a pretty pale complexion, with warm honey colored eyes.
    personality: Shy, doesn't speak unless you speak to her first. Has a very strong fear of rejection, but is really trusting.

    Genome: Mutant
    Powers: Has the power to control time to a limit. Slow time (the easiest), and stop time momentarly.
    Mutant name: Cronus
    Alignment: Neutral

    I stood warily outside of the massive building, every gesture speaking of the tension in my body and mind. Supposedly they could help me control my powers. Supposedly. I had doubts, though. I'd heard promises before, promises that had been broken. Still, I needed control, needed it desperately. I didn't want a repeat of the incident in seventh grade.

    Age: 15
    Gender: Male.
    Appearance: Rayne has dark blue hair, so dark it's almost black, that extends all the way to his lower back. There are 4 light blue streaks in his hair, all of them constantly changing shape. He wears a black, hooded robe, with the patters of ocean waves on the lower half.
    personality: He is a cold, heartless person who prefers his privacy. He enjoys having fun at the expense of others.

    Genome: Mutant
    Powers:Can manipulate water and it's forms. Though still new to his abilities, the worst that happens is he temporarily freezes himself.
    Mutant name: Depth
    Alignment: The Brother hood.
     
    "So... tired..." I mumbled as I took a seat on a park bench. That was the last time I jogged 4 laps around the park. My ears twitched from under my hat, making the hat move slightly. My tail was shoved down my pantleg, and I had to tie it to my leg to keep it from moving. "At least it's a nice day."
     
    From beside the young boy, a mewing sound came, as what looked to be a stray cat hopped up onto the bench beside him, and sat down, staring unmovingly at him. On a closer look, it was too well groomed to be a stray, though it had no collar, or any sign of being owned. It mewed again, almost seeming to try to get the boy's attention...
     
    "Go away Robert. I'm not falling for that trick again." I muttered, not even having to look at the cat to tell who it was. He always tried the same trick on me, and I was catching on now, oh yes I was. He wouldn't get the better of me anymore.
     
    The cat mewed again, and began to wash it's face with it's paw, unperterbed, as a voice from behind David. "Excuse me mister, but why are you talking to that cat?" The voice belonged to what looked like a little boy with black hair, and dark blue eyes, but he culdn't have been older than seven, at the most. "You know cats don't talk, right?" the boy asked, scowling at David.
     
    Yi-Ling walked on the street, the wind blowing her black hair peacefully. It was amazing how her life had changed so drastically after her family and friends found out that she was a mutant...

    She sat down on a bench, and gazed longly at a little bird.

    If only I can fly...
     
    "Hey kid, go buy an ice cream or something." I said, very angrily as I tossed a toonie at him, hoping he'd leave. I picked the cat up by the scruff of the neck, and dropped it on the ground beside me. I REALLY needed a girlfriend. Life was way to dull.
