XSE Help

If anybody could help me with XSE I would really appreciate it. I just need to know how to compile the script and have it on the game.Which I can't seem to get...
Oh and if you know how I would greatly appreciate it if yyou could teach me how to edit the title screen.

Try this tutorial for your problem with XSE and this tutorial for making a titlescreen for FireRed/LeafGreen, or this tutorial for Ruby/Sapphire.
