Be honest, if not with me... with yourself. Are you a dependable person? Do you keep word? If not... is it because things prevent you from doing so or is it because of yourself? Have you ever broken a "promise" or lied when you were "swearing on (god, your mother's life, etc)? Generally... do you find yourself to be a trustworthy person?

What about your friends? Are they trustworthy? Can you depend on them? Has anyone ever broken any promises to you, or lied when they swore? Are there any specific instances where this particularly screwed you over or led to a falling out with the person that it occured to? Who is the least trust worthy person in your life? And if they're so bad in that regard, why haven't you given them the boot?

I myself would like to think that I am pretty dependable person. All we have in this world to truly go by is our word, and so I place a high value of importance on it. I like helping people--I believe that is how society is supposed to work and is necesarry to our progress as a civilization. That being said, I am pretty much going to offer my assistance in ever situation that I can. But you know... I know my limits--I'm not going to promise that I can do something I know can't, or can't ensure that I actually can accomplish. As a little kid, I used to break swears and promises all the time, not really realizing the gravity of the situation. Nowadays, I never do. Period.

As for other people in my life... mostly everyone is scandalous. Where I live, everyone is out for themselves, and it is horrendously blatant. I'd have to say though, that no one is worse than my cousin T.J. he has personally never done me wrong... but he has to everyone else in my county... I honestly don't have very many enemies or people that I don't like... And those that do occassionally arise are short-lived and pugnacious simpletons who certainly aren't worth half the effort, and so I merely pretend that they do not exist.

I try to keep my word but if something or someone makes me break my word that any hurt someone. I told my daughter I would take her to the park today but someone decided to come up because they were bored so yeah I had to break my word.

    Normally I keep my word.

A friend of mine described me with one word a while ago- and they chose "trustworthy", so apparently I am.

I don't make promises, most of the time.

I only completely, fully trust one of my friends. That friend knows things about me that even my own family doesn't know. The others...eh.

I particularly don't trust one friend, because he lies to me a lot. To everyone, actually. In all honesty, I'm his only friend that he sees often. We've known each other since before we could speak. I can't just ditch him. Besides, whenever something negative happens between us, everything is fine again pretty quickly. We once managed to go from fist fighting...to sitting on his bed and comparing which Pokemon we've captured, in under an hour.

I make every attempt to be, because I expect others to extend me the same courtesy. If I say I'm going to meet at a certain time, chances are I'll show up 5-10 minutes early. I'm careful not to plan to do stuff that conflicts time-wise, but if an emergency does come up where i'm unable to meet as planned, I will make every effort to let the other person know (and make it up to them later).

My friends are pretty hit and miss about keeping their word. My family is more "miss" as they seem to constantly change plans at the last minute. It makes it impossible to plan ahead for anything involving them, and it gets quite frustrating.

My family says I'm very dependable and very patient, my doctor says the same. Even when a family member asks me to take them somewhere (doctor's appointments, family or friend meetings... someplace I find very boring - a place where I don't know anyone, and I know I will be there more than an hour) I'll take them, I'll wait very patiently until they are done, without complaining, I'll just take my 3 main items with me water bottle, nintendo DS with any Pokemon game, and my earphones. They could spend 5 hours and I won't complain (I just hope the battery on my DS will last as long as my family member does).

Secrets: I keep them, I never reveal them, thats how much I can be depended on secrets too. No one in the world will ever find out of my two deepest secrets, I can be very good at hiding them never showing any emotion or other body language that could reveal them

To be honest, I don't have many real friends outside of Facebook. So the last question is hard for me to remember.... only time I had tons of friends was when I was bout 6-7 years old when I was living in Mexico for about a year, I remember very little, all I knew was play back then.

so Yes, I can be very dependable, and able to keep secrets... so you can count on me.

I don't make promises often, but when I do I keep them.
As for friends, I don't really have any irl friends.

I usually am debendable though I tend to procrastinate a bit, though I shouldn't. I usually keep my word unless I have a very good reason for not doing so. I dont particularly like making a lot of promises because Im afraid of letting people down, one of my fears.

I consider myself dependable. I never make a promise that I can't keep!

As for my friends, they are usually very dependable.
