you know that most people hate?
    like tenticrul..
    and magicarp..
    and onix for that matter...
the really common ones they put in every game for you to dodge in caves and surfing..
why do they keep coming backand can't they find any other anoying pokemon to put in there?
    (don't hate on them just ask.. WHY!~ D= )

There should be a new set of annoying pokemon that always want to battle you.

    DOWN WITH GOLBAT!!!!

Onix? I'd edit that as Geodude. The only reason I catch the darn thing is for an HM slave.

At least Tentacruel, Gyarados, and Crobat are powerful enough that I don't mind encountering wave after wave of their baby forms. :P

According to what I've heard, Black and White won't have any of the old Pokemon available during the main "story" mode of the game, so the "old" common ones get replaced by "new" common ones.

And at least Crobat is full of win. And IIRC, Tentacool/Cruel aren't too bad with the EXP... I used the ones on Route 41 to level grind in Soul Silver.

    Thankfully :P

I like all those pokemon except bugs and rats. I often use Pidgey and Starly. Particularly Starly.

    Annoying Zubat becomes Powerful Crobat.
    Annoying Magikarp becomes Raging Gyarados.
    Annoying Tenticool becomes Huge Tentacruel.
    Annoying Onix becomes Gigantic Steelix.

They exist to suck until you make them better.

Onix ain't "common". They're quite uncommon. They're not even in Hoenn, for starters....they're rare in Oreburgh Mine and Union Cave in Sinnoh and Johto respectively...

Plus it doesn't suck. It has base 160 defense, meaning not much can OHKO it except water and grass-type special attacks.

That's a relieve, at least it will feel like a completely new game.

Encountering Zubat and Tentacool and stuff all the time doesn't really bother me, the thing that annoys me is that when you have a Pokémon of around their level they won't let you escape, it makes me freaking mad.

BTW, will we be able to put our DP Pokémon on BW? Will there be some kind of Pal Park, or didn't they reveal anything about that?

There is something similiar, but instead of catching them you must shoot at them with a bow while they are jumping in grass patches (I'm not joking)

On the matter I don't dislike them since they have powerful evos, but I would like more variety, like in R/S/E you could encounter in water wailmer, tentacool and wingull.

I agree on there being a new set of annoying pokemon.

I have this feeling that with B&W we'll get something even worse then Zubat/Golbat...

    KOROMORI, KOROMORI EVERYWHERE!!

That's like saying the wind is annoying why isn't lava blowing in my face instead?
It's fine this way, I like Tentacruel's and etc..

In all honesty, the Pokémon aren't annoying. The fact that they appear regularly is because the people at GameFreak know that the areas are supposed to be the Pokémon's habitat. Also, the fact that only one type of Pokémon appears as opposed to five or six means that you would think there are more because there's no variety. If you find them so annoying, then just use a Revive. As long as you have higher level Pokémon then you shouldn't have a problem.

I don't see any discussion deriving from this thread so I think I'll close this.
