Besides, all three are sort of different, anyway. Sick I'd think is something along the lines of mentally different and take pleasure in things other people find terrible. Twisted seems more like seeing the world differently to everyone and maybe a little insane. As for perverted, that'd be more along the lines of finding pleasure in "dirty" things, idk. So, most likely the closest to the latter for me.
