I have a lot of favorite things from Gen V, I'm not even sure if I can list them all!
- PWT, while hax like the Battle Facilities. I love the idea of it and in fact I'm having fun with it!
- PokéStudios, not really a favorite. But I appreciate this creative idea from Game Freak, it could have been better.
- Hidden Grottoes, this feature is handy for hunting HAs specially when after Dream World has been shut down.
- All New Pokémon, I love how everything feels new in the Unova region. I appreciate the concept of all new Pokémon. I'm greedy, make sure to create at least 300+ new Pokémon to maximize the diversity next time. x'D
- Fast battles, Gen V's Battle frame rate is akin to that from Gen III's.
- Sequels, it's definitely a lot better than a slightly edited 'deluxe' version from before.
- Moving sprites, while the sprites movement doesn't really match the moves. It's still a good feature as it's an improvement from Gen III and Gen IV's 2-frame-animation.
- Hidden Ability, old Pokémon like Venusaur, Blaziken see the light again when Hidden Abilities are given to them.
