3rd Gen Your favorite Trainer battle in the game?

These game versions have a lot of epic battle throughout the game.Battling with normal trainers,Gym Leaders,E4,Legendary Mons,Team Magma and Team Aqua,Frontier Brains,Champion and lastly Your Rival.

Of all those battles I had,the most favorite Battle I had was my battle against Steven in Emerald version.I didn't expect it nor prepared for it.I was looking for a Bagon that time for the Battle Frontier and I suddenly bumped on this Ex Champ with my Secondary Team.Obviously,I lose because my team that time consists of Status inflicting 'Mons.Luckily I saved my game before meeting him and able to beat his team with my HOF team.

What's your favorite Trainer battle in the game?

My favorite battle would be against Steven in Pokémon Sapphire and Emerald. My teams at the time were a few levels weaker than his but I still managed to defeat him though. They were challenging and fun for me.

I also enjoyed my battle with Steven in the RSE games. I remember it more then most of my other battles, just something feels so fun when battleing him. I saw Steven more as a friend/mentor in the games from his dialog rather then a superior, so I looked forward to challenging him :D

I liked the battle I had with Steven in Pok?mon Ruby and Emerald. For me it was pretty challenging but also fun. The battle against him in Pok?mon Emerald was the most challenging. I almost nearly lost to him but was able to beat him. I wish you could battle him over and over again like in Pok?mon Ruby and Sapphire but guess you can't... That was the only thing I was disappointed about.
