My favourite type in general is fire (I love Typhlosion and Magcargo).
But my favourite pokemon isn't fire.

Dragon and fire types are my favourites with Dragonair/Dragonite for dragon types and Charizard for fire.

Water, because I love most water pokemon and I love using surf. Plus, it's home to Kyogre, which is one of the strongest and most effective pokemon ever imo. I also really like ice.

Steel, its resistant to a lot of types. One good type combo IMO is Ground/Steel.

I'd say psychic is my first because I actually have a lot of psychic pokemon and my fav is in the psychic category. Then I'd say grass or maybe fire it's a tie between those two.

Mines the Flying type- simply as I love Yanmega and most Dragons are part flying type :)
