Best one would need to be Platinum. I haven't tried any of the spinoffs...
 
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness/Time and Platinum.
Platinum has brought in a whole new graphics and animation era for Pokemon, as well as awesome gameplay.
The Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness/Time has such a touching and well thought out storyline that I adore.
 
Right now, Diamond and PMD2
I'm sure Diamond will switch to Platinum once I get it, but I have yet to get it .__.
 
Pokemon Ranger, it is really fun and my personal favorite
 
I like all of the Pokemon games except for the stupid Pokemon ranger games (which I still didn't beat the first one), but my favorite of all time is Pokemon Platinum

I have only played Diamond, so it's got to be that.
I am considering getting Platinum after completing Fire Red.
i have played my bro's mystery duneon 1nce but i don't like the concept of it.
 
Platinum. Cool new places to explore. Nuff' said.
 
I think it's a fight between Pokemon platinum and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 for me. ><
