4th Gen Your name/Rival's name

I'll go to the default name for myself and Zane for my rival.
 
Nope all nicknames are names of trainers are still five letters however if you transfer a Pokemon from the English games it's name is it's amount of leeters Goku is that from DBZ

Maybe the default character name for my name, or some random name that will pop out of my head when I actually play the game. As for the rival's name, maybe Xaldin the name of some random person I really dislike... >_>
 
I like to be different from all the other boys who play pokemon, so am going for the chick and i will named her after my nan(Eleanor) and for the rival's, my first and mid names(Fiifi/Arthur).
 
I always name myself Jesus and my rival Moses.

Well i in R/B,R/S and Fr/Lg i called myself my real name

in G/S/C i called myself whatever the Quick ones were

But lately ive been choosin names the first name that pops into my head X-D

i think when i get D/P i am gonna call me Jenkins and my Rival Jeeves! :)
 
i will name myself Takia and name my rival something stuped like Peter Pan

I put my name as Hiro, and my rivals name as ???. I've been using those names since Silver version. When I first got blue version I used my name, and then a friends name or my brothers name.
 
in this generation you have 2 rivals though - but im not sure if you choose both their names
My name - real name
Rival (blonde boy) - my cousin's real name
Female rival - Hikari (unless her english name is cute too)

her english name willl be kari
because the translation of kari here is hikari in japan
