I agree with you though. It IS dull and plain. Kinda weird that female birds are dull n' stuff, while the males are all...fruity. x3 (Makes me wish there was a peacock Pokemon...)

I always expected like a peacock legend trio since Ruby and Sapphire came out. Always wanted a grass one, a rock one and an ice one. The rock one could be the female one.

I am really disappointed that never happened...

Although the pony trio are okay, I fail to see how they got the fighting type ?_?

They're very loosely based, then. I... dislike everything about them, to be honest. Just the shaping is awkward. And! The animated Three Musketeers that I saw looked waaaay different to them. I dunno, I just hate how they remind me of gen 4. XD;

Well, the male bird is the one that needs to impress the ladies... xD I agree though; a Peacock Pokemon would have been awesome to see, this Generation. Though maybe we'll get to see one in Generation VI, in four years time. ^^

Its actually technically a 'pony quad', since there's also a Water/Fighting Legendary called Kerudio. Well... loosely related, anyway... has the same ability, at least! xD Maybe he's the 'Regigigas' of the trio? (it fits the bill, though-- the stats are the same as Terakion's, only with a 129 Special Attack, instead of Attack)

Most likely because of Arceus; I feel that Birijion looks a lot like Arceus, at least in the body shape department. Sure, the head is different, but looking at the sprites, I feel it really has an Arceus look to it. The others less so, since they're a bit more bulky in design; especially Terakion.

...yup, that's what I thought when I first saw it, which turned me off it. D; All three of them resemble generation 4, somehow, which is disappointing.

I loved Gen 4, so I have no problems with them. XD Those three along Reshiram and Zekrom are the only Legendaries I really like, which is a big difference compared to Gen 4's. I really enjoyed all of the designs for the Gen 4 Legendaries, but this time around... not so much. :/

I love these two Pokemon and after the past two days my love for them has grown drastically. [OFF TOPIC STORY BUT ABOUT ALIENS/UFO's] On Tuesday night my mom and I were on the highway on our way to my aunts house when I look up and see a very light blue light zipping in the sky but when a shooting star would have faded quickly, this thing stops and disappears faster than anything EVER. I was freaking out and my mom looked at me like I was crazy! I tell my aunt and she tells me that there was a conference on CNN about UFO's that SAME DAY! I watched it and it freaked me out... what a coincidence. Then, later that night I discover that there were many similar sightings in Texas that night... Now I am obsessed with these two Pokemon lol

That's awesome! I can understand how that makes them that much more appealing to you, it would for me too. :P

I didn't even like Tsutarja, until it turned into this beaut. Snake pokemon just look amazing and this design is pure love. Haters gonna hate.

I guess my least favourites would be the legendary fighting trio. Don't really understand quadrupeds that are fighting types. :x

I don't know why people hate on the Musketeer Trio so much, or the Nimbus/Genie trio... they are certainly more exciting than the Lake Trio of Sinnoh or the Regi's.

Oh I certainly don't hate them, I like their quirky designs. B) Just that wouldn't a fighting type have to, you know, be able to stand on it's back legs to fight? That's what bugs me haha.

Genies are cool, just wish their sprites weren't copy and pasted. But ahh well~

With the Musketeers, they are fighting-typed because of their Musketeer origin. Their signature moves involve swords and are fighting type moves (I say moves because there are two, I believe Kerudio can learn both somehow)

Ahh just looked at their moveset, fighting with their horns as swords makes a lot more sense now haha.

Would be nice if they had a wider range of fighting moves, but I guess they're gonna be pretty limited being on all-fours.
