Yeeah, I fail to see the Water typing in our little Pony. :/ I like the typing, but I dislike it was spent on a unicorn, of all things. ;_;

I actually like Kerudio... I ust don't like the random Water-Typing... but just like the bulk of Gen V Pokemon it's kinda hard to assume a Pokemons typing by its appearance.

- gigigear - i was kinda hoping for something... different than what it is. it's ok in its own right i guess.
- gochiruzeru - ironically i really like its prevos...
- i can't think of a fifth one off of the top of my head other than maybe gigear

other than that i'm quite pleased with the new pokemon :)

I looked at Kerudeo's Pokedex entries. The Black one states that it can move on water by shooting water from its hooves; the White one states that it runs around the world on seas and rivers and it appears on beautiful watersides.

I actually like the pokeball mushroom. :3 His face just says "I don't give a shhh...andera!" (;P) and I lol'd at the fact that he tries to lure prey in with his little pokeball arms but it usually doesn't work lol. Anyways, he's got good abilities and pretty darn decent stats, what he's missing is a few key moves like Leech Seed, but then mushrooms don't produce seeds yadda yadda yadda.

Anyways, I just came here to rant about Mamanbou...

Okay, here's the deal. I really, really, really like Mamanbou (can't wait to catch one!) and I really wish people everywhere would stop it with the whole Ludvisc comparison thing, as well as the whole "inferior" bulky water notion (it gets compared to stuff like Vaporeon and Milotic). Yeah, ok, it doesn't evolve from Luvdisc, wah wah wah, now let's move on and see her for what she is rather than for what she could have been.

Besides, it wouldn't have made sense anyway stat-wise; Luvdisc's HP is abysmal, while Mamanbou's is like a bottomless deep sea trench, and while the latter is slow, Luvdisc is anything but slow, especially when it's raining. It's funny, actually, because Luvdisc has better special defense, equally craptastic spA, and horrible attack and defense (Mamanbou's are ok). If Ludvisc did indeed evolve into Mamanbou, it'd have been a very shocking evolution stats-wise; suddenly it's all slow and bulky with almost enough HP to match Wailord's.

As for the whole "it can't attack thing", whatever. Enough things can attack and sweep; Mamanbou is just supposed to wall and support, not dish out damage like a pro. It cannot use Boiling Water effectively, boohoo, and unlike Vaporeon or Milotic or Suicune it can't make use of Ice Beam either. So what? It can Wishpass better than all of them, it puts up a stronger Light Screen (its crap spDef is well-covered by its gargantuan HP), and unlike any of them, it can pass Wishes with huuuge amounts of HP thanks to Wish's new effect.

In a gen where you've got things with crazy offenses, it's nice to have a Pokemon that doesn't try to be a powerhouse because that's not what it does best; instead, it acts as a sponge for the team, healing its mates, absorbing status (via Hydration if you opt not to use Regeneration), and laughing at things like residual damage from Stealth Rock (thanks to Regeneration). To me, there's a beautiful simplicity in what Mamanbou can do for itself and for its team, and that's why I really like it.

As for Luvdisc lovers, try again next gen? I imagine a Luvdisc evo would have tons of speed, and that wouldn't have worked out well for Mamanbou because her offenses are mediocre. XD

Oh, right. Gothilselle. I will never get tired of hating this thing. I just encountered its pre-evo in the wild and if eyes could vomit, mine would have done just that right there and then. I cannot for the life of me figure out why I find this family of pogeys so goddamn creepy (Jynx isn't creepy, just weird, in an ugly way) and so unappealing. Ugh, they really put me off. :C

With Mamanbou, I don't really care about its stats. It has Boiling Water and Ice Beam (I think that's what you implied), having those moves is strong enough for me and... yeah basically I just only care about moves. XD;; In general though (like you mentioned high HP), does this mean that Mamanbou is the new Blissey? ...despite what people say about Tabuune taking that role.

It's actually a great concept, so what's it doing here? Well, I DON'T LIKE IT.

The creators of this concept were so bored that day. It was probably raining and they just stared at the city. It must have been the same weather when its evos were made, too.

I really thought that Diglett/Dugtrio was boring as hell, so this is no different.

Wha!? Gardevoir is one of my favorites of Hoenn, and when I first saw Gochi, I was reminded of her but Gardevoirs design is far better. Gochi is just a wannabe, like some certain singers are with Beyonce ;)

Its based of Gothic Lolita's. Gardevoir is a protector. Two different things. Gardevoir had its times from 2002-2010 as the beautiful human shaped pokemon. Now its been replaced by the new revamped loli goth. They aren't similar seeing as Gardevoirs design is trash when next to Gothilselle. Its kind of like Rihanna and Beyonce. Beyonce had her time up until 2005 when The Queen came on the scene at the age of 16 and blew her and that lace front out of the water. And is still killing her. Just like Gardevoir, Beyonce is struggling to stay relevant. There's no reason for Gothilselle to copy trash. I repeat, ABSOLUTE trash :]

...yeah Gochiruzeru is just strange. I prefer the Pokemon from other generations to her. The evolution line isn't even necessary, too. She would've been fne without pre-evolutions.

PS, Beyawnce wishes she could pump out those hits like Rihanna. But unfortunately, people tire easily of Beyawnce so she has to go hibernate in that cave of hers for a few years and come back when we feel like putting up with that noise emitting from her mouth she calls music.

My first though on this Pokémon, was that it looked like a 'toy' dragon, a blue one. I did not want to have Kurimugan as part of my team up until I battled someone who has it. He completely destroyed me; its attack stats are too powerful and it can learn strong moves.

Sazandora, too, was one of the Pokémon I found ridiculous at first, but after battling it, it changed my opinion completely. I mean, a dragon that has two face as its hands..what could be more stupid than that? However, its stats were too amazing for me to ignore having it on my team, and it is now as one.

Desukan is just too strong. After I battled the old man after beating N, he 'killed' 2 of my Pokémon, and mine were higher leveled. Its design is a little weird to me, and it creeps me out a bit, but I will have to catch it when I restart my game.

The most weird and ridiculously looking Pokémon in this generation are Nageki and Dageki.

They fail miserably as Hitmonchan's and Hitmonlee's 'rivals'. As for their stats, they weren't all that bad, but nevertheless, they are your typical fighting Pokémon, and two of the stupidest looking ones.

People will love to use Gothilselle because she's new and fresh, and can use the same moves every battle she's put into because she's not old washed up bringing the same boring stuff to the table every damn battle, like Gardevoir.

Like I said... Longevity. Gardevoir is the queen, has been the queen, and will always be the queen of the Psychic Type. She doesn't have to go all dark to be interesting, and she came out on top... she didn't need any Umbrella's to get a following, you read me? funny how u say she's washed up but she's on break and is still more talked about than your fave... the Only Girl (On The Farm).
