Ahhh I remember when Isshu/Unova was dubbed "The Cuteness Region".
I really gotta say, alot of the designs of this region as so cute and cuddly. <3
Though I gotta say, one of the more uniquely cute designs I've seen and loved from the beginning has to be Victini's. I mean c'mon! He's based off a way to cut an apple into a bunny and has V shaped ears to match his status and name. It always looks so happy and carefree!

I love that little guy. <3

...I should feel bad that I forgot about poor Victini. I mean, I keep forgetting about it and wanted to mention it but...I keep forgetting. ;___; Forgive me Victini, but you're awesome too. ♥

You're not the only one. XD I forgot about Victini too! It's so adorable, but yet soooo easily forgettable. :( I think that might be the fact that it's positioned in the PokeDex as the first Pokemon instead of towards the end with the other legendaries or other "big names" such as Ononokusu and Sazandora.

I actually don't find Victini cute... It looks like it is high on coffee or something. Or it looks like some alien squirrel thing, that doesn't appeal to me. I mean I like it, it just doesn't come across as cute. It reminds me of Gremlins XD

I'm one of those people who thinks Victini is cute. I mean, it has 2 signature moves, V-Generate and Ball of Flame. That makes it cute and tough.

I honestly think Sazandora is a huge favorite because it's a dragon type, it has three heads, and it looks "badass" rather than anything to do with the cuteness factor. xD;
I gotta agree with that. Not all of Unova's Pokemon are cute; some of them look tough and scary, like Waruvial and Cofagrigus.

Not to mention that competitive battling granted some Pokemon their fame as well. Excadrill being a good example. Although I wouldn't consider it a favorite of mine, its so popular in competitive that...well yeah, a lot of people just seem to like it just for that purpose.

I never was fond of Excadrill, even before it's competitive fame came about. While I agree that it's really strong, it just never stood out to me like some of the other pokemon did. .__.;

When Excadrill was first revealed alongside Ononokus, Cofagrigus and Denchura, I fell in love with it. That's because it can turn itself into a drill, similar to Neo-Spacian Grand Mole in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX (it even looks a bit like Grand Mole too).

My favorite Pokemon in B/W have to be Kirikizan and Jalorda. Kirikizan looks like a ninja, that's what makes it so badass, and Jalorda looks so regal, you just gotta love it. My least favorite Pokemon has to be Yabukuron and Dasutodasu, did they really run out of ideas or what?

I think so too. :> Plus for its secondary Dark typing and competitively value, being the special-oriented psuedo legend. :D

I think it and Kurimugan are eventually going to be equally as popular. Kurimugan isn't bad, at least to me. Whenever I would have it in my team, it did a fine job enough wiping out a few pokemon, so yeah. xDD;

While I can't say it's a definite favorite of mine(though I have grown fond of it ever since using it), I will say it's something I'm willing to put into my team for the sake of having some strong pokemon in my team.

...aren't they the same Pokemon Mervyn? XD

I really don't know why people even like Crimgan, I...yeah don't see any positives. It is odd shaped! :( this has given me a weekly poll idea.

Anddd yeah Ononokusu > Sazandora > Crimgan. ^__________^

Druddigon haters be hating. ;___;

It deserves some love, it's an unique dragon type.

It's the only no evo dragon, and it's not majestic like the others, its rough, tough, and ready to roll! + Superpower on a dragon is epic.

Even if it's ~strong~ and has no ~evolution~, its design lets it down completely. At least other unappealing Pokemon have some good points that I can relate to.

There are a lot of new unique type combos a lot of new fire and a lot of new electric types. It will take me a while to fully appriciate alll of them, but the most interesting Pokemon that stand out are:

The Steel type Gear pokemon.

The Grass/Steel Type Pokemon.

The Levitating Electric Eel pokemon.

I name these not for being the best. Instead becase they are the least expected. these designs came from left field. Truely Exited to raise these up for the new Battle Tower (or equivilant if there isn't one).

The only one i don't like is the baby vulture. (the evolution is ok, but the baby vulture just grinds my gears.)

Also, i don't love any of the legendaries this go around. Almost all the other Pokemon are passable to great though.

I find it hard to dislike most of the gen 5 Pokemon! They're all pretty cool...even the ugliest ones have a certain appeal to them. I can't wait for the games!

This thing is the dragon-type. It's underused and underloved, which disappoints me because it's got such a great design and origin. It's tied with shubarugo for my second favorite pokemon, but I'm pretty sure it's winning. I'm naming mine Sharps when I get it :B

Other favorites of mine include oobemu, roopushin, arkeos, shubarugo (<3), kirikizan, and pretty much everything. I WANT ALL OF THEM

ALL OF THEM

Man this gen has so many awesome pokemon.
Let's talk Roobushin.
I love Roobushin he is awesome both competively and in appearence
He's the new Machamp ... Only better
I love his animation it's awesome.

The only thing I dislike about Roobushin is that its evolution method is trading. XD;; It's moveset is just.. amazing. I was simply astounded; though it would have been better if it had more diverse type moves.
It's attack seems to be pretty high although speed lets it down. =\

Ewwww...Roobushin. X(

It looks like the aborted fetus of Burt & Ernie. Other than that it's impressive...I guess. >.>
