Just to let you know - Emerald follows the same rules as FRLG, in that you cannot start the game with Pokes not native to that region, until you get the National Pokedex. That means you CANNOT start out with Charmander. You probably already know this and this isn't going to be your starter team, but I thought it prudent to tell you just in case.

BTW - Avoid giving two attacking moves of the same type (i.e. Dragon Rage/Claw on Charmander) as it is redundant and prevents your Poke from being more effective.
 
Why would you keep your pokemon in their lowest forms like that? If you are planning to evolve them, then you should post them as evolved pokemon.
