    If I told you that you were boring, how would you react? Would you agree with me? Try to convince me otherwise?

    Regardless of your reaction, do you actually consider yourself a boring person? Why or why not?
     
    I'd be like "THE HELL YOU SAY TO ME, PUNK ASS!?!"

    Nah, I'd actually say something like "Fair enough" or ask you why you think that.

    Everyone knows I'm the life of the party! I just have so much enthusiasm running through me, people can't help but feel motivated within my presence! I do have a bit of a sense of humour on me as well which always helps.

    I don't think I am boring really, but if someone thinks I am boring, it is because I think you are the same so I don't feel I should really make an effort! :3​

    I'd just give you my signature 'Was that a joke?' look and then laugh it off. But I guess I'm boring... I don't like people crowded around me. I'd rather read a book.

    I'd ask, "Really?" then act annoyed if they confirm it. Then I'd ask for the times I've ever been boring.
     
    I am/believe myself to be prosaic so I wouldn't be surprised; I'd have no reaction.
     
    I would probably just say 'okay' and assume your interests are just different than mine. If you want to go to parties every night, then yes I would be boring to you.

    For the people whose interests match mine, I don't think I'm boring at all. I enjoy going out, being with people, and when I am with people I joke and tell stories and participate. But my lifestyle is laid-back; if you're really active and do things really often and such then you'd probably find me boring.

    I would probably just go do whatever I was doing. They're not my friends anyways, and if they were, I'm pretty sure I could work something out with them.

    no but really, it does seem as if i'm a boring person online, so i wouldn't blame you.
    honestly, offline, i'm not a boring person at all. i'm naturally a very enthusiastic and creative person. just get me away from my laptop.

    John Locke pretty much does exactly what I'd do. Mumble a polite 'OK', shrug it off and move on with my life. If you've already established that I'm boring then I'm not going to go out of my way to counteract your viewpoint. Just wastes too much energy.

    That being said, I don't think I am boring. I might have different interests than you, and I might not like doing the things you like, but - in my own way - I think I'm quite interesting, if I do say so myself.
     
    The thing with me is, on the outside I am probably totally boring. I don't do much with myself, I don't really go partying. I mainly work and go shopping or to the movies with my friends, so I generally don't have a lot to say to people when they ask me what I do with my time.

    But I live inside my head a lot, and I find that to be a really fun place. I have worlds there that I escape into that are the furthest thing from boring, and I find a lot of things funny and I spend a lot of my time laughing... so I might be boring to other people, but I'm fascinating to myself :P I'm definitely not bored in my mind.

    So if you were to say to me "you're boring", I would be offended. I wouldn't make a scene over it or even try to offend myself. I'd just smirk and say "alright, if you say so" because honestly it's a quite short-sighted thing to say about anybody when you have no idea what goes on inside their head.

    I would agree, because I am pretty boring.

    I'm the kind of person who would rather sit in my bedroom alone and watch the news than go to a party or a dance.

    Yeah, I know how to have fun, but only if I'm feeling up to it. I have to be in one of my less-shy moods to be what other people would consider "interesting".
     
    What are you talking about? I am boring. So if people say that I won't get offended. :p

    To be honest, it's mostly due to the fact irl I've got nothing going on. My social life is non-existent. I have some hobbies, but the biggest is writing and I don't like talking about things people haven't read. I guess my past could be interesting but after awhile I hate that it's all about me me me.

    So yeah. I'm boring because I don't have much to say these days. imo. :(
     
    I usually say something along the lines of "You're not exactly very enjoyable to be around yourself." or "Then why bother talking to me then?" when confronted with that verbal jab.

    I'm still pretty boring though sadly seeing how I don't have much going on agenda wise nowadays and my hobbies would drive a lesser soul mad within hours at the most. Just my opinion though.
     
    Razor Leaf, if you ever told me I was boring, I would ground you. Anyway, if I was told that, I'd be shocked tbh. I don't think I've ever been told I was boring. I'm very shy, but once I become comfortable with someone, I'm really funny and nice and I always have something to talk about. So I'd be pretty taken aback if someone found me boring. But if they do, then we obviously don't have much in common. I only imagine I'm boring to people who don't do a lot of the stuff I do, or if I just don't talk to them.
     
    If this was back in college, I'd say, "What are you talking about? I'm out and about all the time at events, club meetings, and such! How does that even qualify as boring?!"

    But now that I'm back at home, my response would be, "Welcome to my life. I need your help. I so desperately don't want my life to be boring anymore. Can you help me find stuff to do and places to go so I'm not boring anymore?"
