Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG - New Ban List

^^ nothing affecting my Counter-Fairy / Removal / Control deck. Well, except Jinzo being 3 but I don't care about Jinzo XD.

I run 2 Macro Cosmos , 3 Banishers of the Radiance, and 2 Banishers of light in my main Deck XD

Oh right, the Agent of Creation is a kick ass card! Usually at least one Shine Ball gets to live as a "free" tribute or something. XD Works really well with Voltanis too. And I think it could work well with D.D. cards, but the only ones I use are D.D. survivors x 2 . The rest of my monsters are Fairies.

CED = Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End.

I'd imagine Cyber Jar was banned because its effect is just horribly lame (though I'm pretty sure someone else can explain it better). Just use Morphing Jar 2, it has the underwhelming version of Cyber Jar's effect.

1. Cyber Jar is beyond Broken. It's Dark Hole (which is banned) and then replaces all the monsters. Control-deck abuse nuff said.

2. CED is Chaos Emperor Dragon

Actually, CED can be "Cyber End Dragon", "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End", "Chthonian Emperor Dragon", or "Compulsory Evacuation Device".

Technically, yes, but the tradition is that it refers to the Envoy.

Anyway......Breaker & MoF banned again, eh? Not that surprising...but I am surprised that we didn't see the semi-traditional switch-over of Ring of Destruction.

However, that isn't the biggest surprise: Why is Jinzo at three now? Just kidding. Of course, the biggest surprise here is Monster Reborn. This has been banned pretty much for as long as we've had a banlist, and now it comes out? I mean, in the days of Perfect Circle I could understand it, as a counter to the Disc Commander abuse...but now? And they take out Call of the Haunted for it? So...we get less abusability on the opponent's turn in return for potentially double the targets, especially with the keep of Mirror Force. Honestly, what does it matter if you're CotH-ing Jinzo or MRing it, since it'll be staying either way? The only difference is that a chained Tornado/MST won't stop it anymore...

I'm also slightly stunned that they're actually going after Cyber Dragon (finally), and yes, Jinzo going to 3 is a stun as well.
 
Jinzo at 3 will not change anything and also it's a setup for the incoming nomi-Jinzo which needs Jinzo.

I honestly think Monster Reborn is the counter measure to Dark Armed Dragon. Try dumping Darklord Zerato now and you may regret that thing appearing on the wrong side of the field, clearing your field for the final blow.

Just more reasons for me to keep going with gadgets and royal oppression
 
Konami is very smart for not touching any cards that has to do with the Magical Explosion FTK.
[edit] However, this seems to be the TCG ban list discussion. OCG folks like me have no place here, it seems.

Actually, Japan has this list and a few other cards. "Magical Explosion" FTK may find its way here, also.
 
Magical Explosion is already trying to be imitated in TCG (but not FTK), but just that a few of the cards are all in the secret rare so it's not easy to replicate =(

I sorta gave up to try to probe into OCG due to difficulty in english resources x_x; I tried...

Just to add to what Ichaste said Chaos Emperor Dragon is the most broken so I thought it was obvious.

Yeah I saw Breaker being banned again.

I really don't think Jinzo should be upped to three. I mean it's not broken, but it still should be limited to like two.
