Ummm...kinda. Not as fun as WW, but, pretty fun. It's like playing GBA on your GCN.

Well ok, but is it fun to play on your own?

Pokemon_Veteran

Yeah, not as good as multi, but ok. You are gonna get stuck alot more often though.

Yeah I guess it would be XD. Well it is a little similiar in the multiplayer factor to ToS but FSA is more multiplayer orientated than ToS XD.

Pokemon_Veteran

ToS is Tales of Symphonia right? *Couldn't think of a Zelda game with abr of ToS*

First off, learn how to type. Second, I was not counting sidequests. Also on FSA, wait till you get to Kakariko, That part is Verrrrrrrrrrrrrry Hard. It took me awhile to find all the thives.
I HAVE DONE KAKIRO VILLAGE I MANAGED TO FEED THE ZORA 10 FISH

I only found one part of FSA to be hard. I only plaped it thrice and that was during the summer, (so I'm ashamed to say I don't remember). But aside from that, the game should only take you two days at max.

Yeah. EVA01, tehre was a lot of backtracking for items sicne you could only hold one. That was annoying and hard to get used to the first couple of levels.

I wanna join this club pleeeeezzzzzz lol

I completed the ocorina of time when i was little and I completed the wind waker several times. I have also played the minish cap on my flash cart but its pretty hard XD

So can I join???

https://www.zeldaheadquarters.com/article_expectations.htm

I know/knew (what? It's been like a year since I've been active in the Zelda community) the author of that article, TSA. For whatever reason, he somehow has "friends on the inside" and gets extra Zelda infor/info before hand *is jealous of him for that*. But, let's talk about some of his expectations.

Introduction that Explains the Entire Timeline
O_O Oh! I would love if it that were a bonus. I would kill for that thing! There already is a Zelda DVD (other than the cartoon series "collection" of sorts); it's about the history of Zelda...but game creation wise, not storyline wise. And, it's in Japanese which is kinda set back. Lol Anyway, I don't see that happening.

As for the intro itself. I actually like the prologue method of TWW, TMC and ALttP. A cutseen would be nice, but I don't know if right off the bat. Especially with the intors where history is told, it's history! I say keep the scrolls, tablets, and windows! Maybe a cutseen directly after for something in the present though? That I have nothing against. Keep the anicent aspect to the history!

Full Motion Video
*drool* This would be great for cutseens. But I don't want everything to be a cutseen. TMC had some "cutseens", like the flashback of Vaati's origins for example. That'd be a great FMV. Or in OoT where Link's past is revealed by the Deku Tree Sprout; I think that'd be another great one, especially if they shown some of the Fierce War that was taking place and killed Link's father. But I'm living in the past, talking about past games that would've been good with this. But...past is good. I'd like to see FMVs for these flash back things and/or the ending or whenever those cutseens like in TWW popped up giving us background info. But when we get background information from random people or in dungeons or something, keep the text gallore method.

Horseback Boss Battle
Would be interesting. That's all I have to say. But why would a boss be in the middle of the field? O_o

Voice Acting
No! No! No! No! No! This works in Final Fantasy, but it will not work in Zelda. FF is always a new story, new characters, etc. They can add voices and such. With Zelda...it's characters that we've had to think of the voices for in our head for the past 20 or so years. We have the images. If they create them, then we get tarnished. Unless by magic they'd do an incredible without flaw job of getting the perfect voices, then no. I love the character of Ganondorf! Don't screw it up with a freaky voice, darn it! I have my own visions, I know what I'd want, and I want to make Zelda movies, so I really no what I wish everyone sounded like, don't screw it up for me! Lol

Double Digit Dungeon Count
The longer the better in my opinion. I'd love it if the thing could span like two discs or something, but that ain't going to happen. This is Nintendo we're talking about. They've been into short pick up and play ordeals recently. <<

A Realistic World
Yes. I like how Metroid is. Everything is connected...and connected well. TWW is...here's a place now let's send over by water for ten minutes so you forgot what the last place looked like and this new place doesn't have to connect. In OoT at least things connected. The terrain and colours would change as you approached Deat Mountain and such. There were limiations then, but imagine now! And imagine how massive they could make Hyrule (if it's Hyrule)

Orchestrated Soundtrack with CD Quality Audio
Hmm...I don't know if I can comment. All I play is Nintendo games, so all I've heard is synthesized stuff. I dunno how an orchestrated one would work. I've played some Star Wars games where the music will stop and the repeat from the beginning. With how Zelda is now it repeats seamlessly, in Star Wars for exmaple the songs have the huge booming beginnings and then huge booming endings. It sounds so weird when it just stops and then starts again. I've heard orchestrated Zelda, lots. And I love it and I would love if somehow it could be implented seamlessly. But I've never played something like that, so I can't judge.

I very much like TMC's music. Not all rehashes. They're influenced and sometimes brand new. In some cases (when the King appears) it starts with a familar them and then BOOM new theme. It tricks ya but it works. I haven't beaten it yet (too muc hhomework, so close though) and I've hear there is the classic Zelda theme at the end but epic-like, Final Fantasy-esque. Glad to hear that the music is progressing along. TMC orchestraed would be...*drools into bucket*

Actually...some kind of collaboration from all of Zelda's composers would be great. Koji Kondo, Akito Nakatsuka, Yuko Takehara, Minako Hamano, Kozuo Ishikawa, Kazumi Totaka, Toru Minegishi, Kenta Nagata, Hajimi Wakai, Asuka Ota and Mitsuhiko Takano. I hope I didn't forget one. Yeah..not just Kondo, bet you didn't know that. Lol (Okay...so, I'm showing off again. It is mostly Kondo. These other guys are like the arrangements and such. Although, in AoL, LA, FS, and TMC Kondo isn't credited as a composer. It's the other guys.)

Avoid the Clich?s
But I love Ganondorf, he's my favourite character. T_T I like the attempt they;re making with Vaati, and I like him a lot in TMC. So, new enemies could appear, I'm sure (we've had some in the Oracle Series, didn't we. And that worked great, then...they joined it with Ganon again...although I like that Ganon. I declare him insane by that point. Lol) I like what TSA said about looking at the "sidequest" games. Those are original and I love them (especially MM, dark Zelda! Yay!). I think they can create something new. But will they? Nah. Or wait...

It usually goes fullquest then sidequest (ex, ALttP-LA or OoT-MM). We've had our full quest (TWW), now let's have our original sidequest! C'mon! Please, please, please!

End the Traditional Storyline
No. Just be more original. How about some new tidbits on the power of the Triforce?

Somebody Should Die
*ahem* Heck yes! Lol

We've had a few (although that guard/knight in OoT wasn't important...but I loved the ending of TWW).

Artwork
I dunno. If this is the sidequest, then no it won't. Like look at MM. The art was different than OoT but they had almost no pictures. I'm not sure why. All the others reuse, but this is brand new. SO, who knows. (Please)

A Bestiary/Character List
We've had it twice, why not three times?

A GOOD ENDING
I very much love TWW's ending. Not the battle itself, that was rushed beyond belief. But they tried going for emotional, I have no idea if they got it though. But I love the ending and I wasn't expecting it. (it was like a backwards wish. Lol)

Harder enemies
AoL is the only Zelda I haven't beaten becasue of it's enemies, darn it! Although, they are way too weak now. Harder, but not as hard as AoL. Or...maybe as hard, in 3D I'd have more room to move around.

A Great Story
Pretty much what TSA said. We can get there, we're making progress! I want it filled to the point of exploding with backstoryness.

New Playable Characters
Like a party? I dunno. Now we'd get to RPGish. I like Roam though, he's cool. And Zelda has always been like RPG in lite form.

ROMANCE
Would be nice, we've had hints. And I don't care what TSA says. In OoT, it's Link and Malon, I see no evidence supporting a Link-Zelda relationship (umm...this doesn't have to do with the article, this is outside).

I haven't beaten TMC. DOes something happen with Link and Zelda? Beyond just a kiss, that's happened before.

"Link's sexuality really is in question here." He's bi, darn it! Lol Read the OoT manga. Quite the confused little bugger after finding out that Sheik is Zelda. Lol (it's not official that he's bi. It's like bi-esque, hinted at stuff.)

SIDE NOTE: TSA is the number one fan of Zelda, that's why I bring this up. Only for one other Zelda Scribe would I make a post like this.

Yeah I probably will get both anyway. Triforce, I have read that and I agree with him totally, especially on the voice acting thing because if they wanna do a voice they would have to get it absolutely perfect or it will mess up the game alot. I also agree with the flashback thing because it was cool in OoT where we got a flashback of Links past XD.

Grr...TSA!!!

There are a few people who want to turn Zelda into movies:

- Joe Morris (Wants to make an animated trilogy based on his own original story; we haven't heard from him for over a year now.
- Ew, no. I've seen his artwork, it's nothing greater than the quality of some fanart. We have access to a bit of his story too. And God no! Why does Link have a sidekick? And a dog? And he's never gone to save Zelda because he love her, darn it!!! *explodes* Luckily, this'll never see the light of dat.

- Joe Cracker (Film based on the old cartoon series)
- The fact that I said based on the cartoon series should be enough of a turn off already. He was a forum goer at IGN, he claimed to have a script and was looking for help. He's ideas stink, the basis was just so he could hear the voice Allan Stewart (Triforce of Power) again. And he wanted the animation to be the same too. Eww...this has less of chance than the other Joe's.

A video game series as great as Zelda should not be put in the hands of average Joes. What does this leave?

- TSA (Film trilogy based on original stories influence by the games)
- I've been following this for a while. It started as a single film with influence from OoT, WW, and ALttP. I read an earlier draft of the first act of the script aswell. It was good. He is in film school and knows about movies and such, but some things I didn't like too much. Mido was too much of a donkey for his own good, Saria and Link didn't seem to have as close a bond as I would've thought. Saria was just kinda there. And because it was an original story there were inaccuracies. He has connections with Nintendo for whatever reason, is the world's greatest Zelda fan, and is in film school. He may very well do it.

- Me, TRIFORCE89 (One film per game based on the game and manga, as accurate as possible)
- Since the first time I played through OoT I wanted to turn it into a movie. I work on the script and how things will connect and characters and everything in my free time. That's why I do all my Zelda research, to make the films as good as possible. That's why I have my knowledge. In the benning I'd work out the timelines and little details, then I started making theories and analyzing, now I'm making a big character document of everyone. With that I narrow it down and then develop the friendships and relationship, as that is a huge theme in Zelda (MM anyone?). I want it to be computer animated too. I'd have control over everything that way. I want to do this really really badly, and I've wanted to for a long time. I'd be devastated if TSA beats me. I hope he makes his indie films, but I hope Nintendo gives zero approval or the authorization, let him distribute over the interent. For my films will be what we all want, a video game movie that stays true to the games.

The heat is on! Lol

Umm...the things you're commenting on/agree with are from my post. I wrote those comments. TSA didn't say anything about getting the voices perfect or having the FMVs be flashbacks (he just said cinematices, that could include say...a confronation with Ganondorf). Don't just read I wrote, read his stuff in the link I provided aswell.

Hmmm.... I don't know who TSA is, but it kinda looks like he has a better chance of winning though.

Weird things I've noticed in MM

Kokiri sword is not the real Kokiri sword. o_O

You can hold the Hylian shield, whereas in OoT you couldn't.

Your looking for a friend, which must be Navi, but why would Navi leave??

The mask salesman and Imp who steals Majora's Mask are both from OoT.

One gossip stone doesn't make sense, its about those birds liking music or bugs?

Mysterious Dancing girl/guy who is on one of the pillars near the canyon, but you can only see her through the telescope in the observatory.

Thats all I can think of for now, but theres alot of weird stuff going on in Termina XD
