It's hard to say which is better when both parents have 2 perfect IVs. I would probably use Destiny Knot at this stage because there's a reasonable chance of 3 perfect IVs being passed down, but it's still not a great chance, so if you have your heart set on a particular stat you could use a...
Shroomish would need to have Poison Heal too :P I prefer Technician on Breloom personally though, as it lacks the bulk required to make proper use of Poison Heal.
It would have to be my shiny Aggron. It was my first (and only) Masuda Method shiny, and it only took 3 eggs. I wasn't even trying for it to be honest, I just habitually always put a foreign pair in the Daycare just in case, and out popped Aron! It has great IVs too. Not perfect, but close enough.
Yeah, there's a limit, but you shouldn't worry about reaching it. I think it's 999 :P You can challenge the Battle Maison / Battle Institute as many times as you want, and yes, you still get Battle Points every time you do so :)

EDIT: Also, if you press the magnifying glass and order "by number" it will show all Pokemon you...
If you mean the number it gives when you save the game, that's just the number of Pokemon you have seen. If you open the Pokedex it will tell you the number of Pokemon you have caught.

Since Levitate is a regular Ability, then yes, it's possible to hatch a Bronzor with Levitate, even if the parent has Heatproof. There's only a 20% chance it will have Levitate though.
That's pretty neat, I was not aware of that!
I'm a Grand Duke, but I rarely use the Battle Chateau now. I used to train there all the time (Audino ^^), but then I discovered the wonders of Le Wow + O-Powers :P It was very fun to keep coming back there to train at various points during the main...
