Oops, brainfart (all I remembered was that they messed up the air date for the Christmas special). Looking through the air dates again, the Rougela episode was indeed pushed to the 5th of October of the next year (which... is still pretty pointless). ^^;; Doesn't excuse it being originally aired...

Japan had nothing to do with the episodes being out of order in the US (in Japan, the episode aired right AFTER the hiatus >_>). 4Kids/Kids WB just decided to air it out-of-order here, for some odd reason.

He wanted to prove that his copied Pokemon can be just as superior as their originals... We see all of the Pokemon stuck in stalemates while trying to kill each other for crying out loud, so they obviously weren't super Pokemon after their creation.

His confusion in the anime made him alot more antagonist compared to his other counterparts due to the fact that he felt that he, a Pokemon that wasn't created by God, didn't deserve an equal chance to live compared to creatures that were, which kind of angered him.
