What do you have to do for the 3rd gym? I went there, went to the docks and triggered the cut scene, but where do I go from here?

I originally used DeSmuME because you didn't have to convert the save files to work with PokeSav, and it could run HG/SS without the need of a patch. I still use it now.

There are patches out for the game that allow experience gaining.. I don't know where, and don't plan on linking to them. The game works absolutely fine and fast on DsEmeME 2.6

You don't have to do anything with the save file for DeSmeME either. you just have to tell Pokesav to look for all file types and select the save.

The cheat named "hero dancing?" i believe thats the animation that plays when you climb a ladder.

Someone already answered where it is. But I found out you have to fight the rocket on the nugget bridge before you can pick it up. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to wake up the Snorlax, its not the same as the originals.
