Should I find a new signature or is this one fine?

A few months, mainly because I'd go weeks without playing it, had other things to do. =\

Whitney and Clair. I found Whitney difficult (I dislike that Miltank) and the way Clair responds to the player defeating her seemed pretty petty, that and her Pokémon kept beating me the first time around. xD

I'd love to see a Dragon or Steel type, just to see what designs the creators could come up with. :D

Nicknaming Pokemon isn't usually something I tend to do, although certain Pokémon has given me some ideas for nicknames in the past. If I do nickname them they usually have their Japanese name, other foreign names or just some random ones that pop into my head.

Torn between gen 1 + 2. "/ I loved those games. Gens 3 + 4 had some pretty memorable Pokémon designs (though not always for the best reasons imo.)

Sucks big time for me, most of it's done though, so that's cool :P I'm good. :D

I prefer to stick to my own gender, obviously excluding the games where there isn't an option.

I don't see the originals as dead, I'm just afraid the batteries will go on the rest of them. My second generation games don't work and I don't want my Pokémon Blue game to stop working because it's the first Pokémon game I owned. I emulate them, I was emulating Blue a few minutes ago.

I highly doubt that his Raticate died, he could have been in the tower to catch the Pokémon that were in there, his dialogue does say he's caught a Cubone and he switched the Raticate for another Pokémon. "Hey,RED! What brings you here? Your POKéMON don't look dead! I can at least make them...

I think I used an Ultra Ball, I'm going to restart my game so I'll probably try using Pokéballs this time. :P

Probably Zap-Cannon or Volt Tackle, I like their animations in-game. :)

Based on it's design I'm more than likely going to go with the grass starter. It's design reminds me of Treecko's from the third generation so that's pretty cool. :P
