  • The more I read into OC&D, the more I hate everyone.

It's annoying how people have to do all that mindless arguing instead of debating.

Of course I'm just too sensitive so don't mind me.

Oh and this is also for the people that have my views too, so don't think that it's just because they have a different opinion than me.

Edit: Jeezus guys, I didn't say it was anyone's fault!! I don't blame anyone, it's just what I feel.

  • That's why I usually avoid OC&D too many idiots to make me hate people.

I usually only go there for DCC.

  • I agree. Regardless of course, of the fact that you might consider me one of them (I wouldn't know why but who knows xD), but still :/

  • The only place I post in OC&D is the DCC.

Other than that, I rarely post there except in the Celebrations sub-forum so I can celebrate birthdays, staff promotions and anniversaries.

  • The only difference between debating and arguing is the level of passion involved. If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

  • I think OC&D is fine for the whole debating vs arguing aspect on the most part. Usually stuff's fairly civil there from what I see aside from the occasional hiccup.

...then again I'm obviously biased towards my section here. If you want to, you can PM me and talk about whatever problems you're seeing and we can work on them. d:

  • Yes, because you're magically above the fray and can judge everyone who posts there. Funny thing is, there are idiots all over the forum! :D not just my section. As previously stated, If you can't take the heat, then get out of the kitchen.

I visit OCD quite often, I tend to stay away from the major debates though. There are plenty of discussion threads there that dont evolve that though and there are other sections too like OVP where I can go to avoid that :P

Who said I thought I was better than them? I don't, just because I hate people doesn't mean I think I'm better than them.

If I didn't make it clear enough before, I said that ever since I've been there it's made me.

    I wouldn't want to stay.

I disagree with calling people idiots here. It is actually quite hard to discuss on a forum at a debating level. You have to pick your words right because you can't express yourself as you can in actual conversation. Not to mention that most people who debate on forums don't know the difference between an argument and a debate. Purely because it's quite easy to get confused.

I also think that 50% of how a post looks or reads is down to how YOU as the person reading it takes it in. I've often read posts in the wrong mood and taken them the wrong way. Read every post with a positive mindset. Else you're just letting a forum upset you and that's not good for anybody after all. Approach everything with a more positive and rational view and you'll avoid arguments, garunteed.
