Did you see any orange and blue mudpuppies? I bet they were cute, weren't they? >D Well you arrived to the Mudkip fan club! We have, currently some members, tons of people that are in our group. There is one pokemon out there, the cutest and best(estest) of all pokemon and it's name is mudkip! Mudkips are third generation pokemon, and is able to become one of your starters in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. And come on! You either get the choice of some lizard or a Red chicken, Mudkipz Are inevitbaly Leet and are the Spawn of Chuck norris! ~ Mudkip is the only water starter to be quadrupedal, though its evolutions, Marshtomp and Swampert, are able to walk on either two or four feet.
~ Mudkip is a frequently-mentioned meme on *chan sites, stemming from a comment on deviantART in which one user declared to another "i herd u liek mudkipz".
~ Mudkip has a higher Defense than Treecko and Torchic. >D ha!
~ In a poll conducted by Nintendo of Europe, Mudkip was voted as the fan favorite, with typhosion and blastiose close behind. This may have been due to the aforementioned meme.
~ Another site's sixth annual Character Battle has Mudkip as one of the characters in it, the inclusion most likely being because of the *chan meme.
