6th Gen Things you want to see in "Pokemon Z"

Some things I think "Z" should have (some of these may just be repeats of what others have said, but they're still what I'd like to see):
A New plot. Maybe like B2W2 when it takes place 2 years later, and in a different starting town and a different player character? Just something along those lines.
A lot more post-game things. This was the most disappointing (sp?) thing about XY. Maybe something like with B2W2 when they gave us the PWT, or with B1W1 and the cities we could travel to (XY only gave us that one city, and its sole purpose was for competitive battlers like myself, and for a place for Serena/the other guy to stay and be re-battled). I'd be OK with the Legendary Birds if they made it possible to track them while they are roaming (I've only encountered them once. ONCE.). And it'd be nice if we could catch the Lake trio and/or the Kami trio. Or maybe some version mascots like Dialga/Palkia? It'd also be nice if, oh, idk, we could get nome new legendaries? Legends other than the three "secret" ones in the coding of XY. At least give us a Mega form or some other kind of form for Zygarde.
More Megas. A list of the ones I'd like to see: Zygarde (mentioned above), Mewtwo Z (Psychic/Dark, and please let it actually be intimidating), Megas for all the starters of every Gen, including the current one (that's a tall order, but they can do it, I hope. Maybe Serperior could finally be Grass/Dragon and legally have Contrary, and be able to learn Draco Meteor?), Darkrai, and another Mega for Absol (that is Dark/Fairy or Dark/Flying or even Dark/Psychic. Just...something, please), Genesect (Mewtwo's not the only Pokemon altered by humans), another Mega of Gyarados (sp?) that is Water/Dragon, Raichu (I'm shocked {XD} they didn't already do this), Flygon, Tropius, and Megas for the rest of the Psuedo-Legends (So Hydreigon, Metagross, Dragonite, Salamence, and the new slug one whose name escapes me atm).
Some previous alternate gender characters. No cameos. Please. I want them to possibly be post-game stuff, or possibly be side quests. I don't care. I just want characters like May and Dawn to be encounterable. Especially Dawn, since Diamond was my first Pokemon game and will always be my favorite (plus I like the D/P anime the most by far, thanks to Dawn who's my favorite character). Maybe we could battle them with a similar basis of what Red's team was. That is, give the alt. gender character(s) the Pokemon that could be obtained in their games with in-game events. So May would get Pokes like Castform and Kecleon, and Dawn would get Pokes like Lucario, an Eeveelution, and Togekiss. And of course, they'd probably get whatever their starter was in the anime, but in its final evolved form.
More interesting player customization. I have yet to see any alternate clothing that I actually want to buy and put on. None of them ever interested me, and I played through the entire game and never bought a single clothing item. Of course, I'm not much of a "look as unique as possible" kind of person anyway, so maybe that's not so needed for me. :P
Evolutions (not Mega) for deserving Pokemon. I'm talkin about Pokes like Luvdisc, Quilfish, etc., and a pre-evo (or regular evo, I suppose) of Tropius, if it doesn't get a Mega form, that is. Basically, anything that has no evolved or pre-evolved form that isn't Ditto and doesn't already or eventually have a Mega form.
Make hidden abilities (even Chandelure's and the Unova Starters) easier to obtain. 'Nuff said.
Finally, the second-most annoying/disappointing thing about XY was the incredible easiness of it. Give us a challenge mode or something, and don't make it unlockable after the Elite Four and make us have to trade keys with someone to unlock it at the beginning. What kind of challenge mode is it when we get through the entire game and then get the challenge?

I would personally love to see a past region to explore. I personally would Love to go back to Hoenn. Have lots of awesome memories with that place. I doubt another region will happen... But a guy can dream! Haha

I was kinda sad when I found out you could ride pokemon all over kalos, I really want my pokemon out walking around with me and not constantly in their pokeballs.

Here's some things I'd like to see:
-Increased difficulty or difficulty settings that can be chosen from the begining.
-More customisation options. The fact that most of the clothes available were either bright colored or pale colored bothered me a bit since I prefer darker colors. I'd also like the option to remove the hat and bag. More hair colors/styles and eye color options would also be nice. Maybe the option to wear glasses on face as well.
-Less annoying rivals. I can generally deal with one rival, but having four who are all really annoying is just too much.
-Multiple save files. At least one more would work. Especially if you could transfer Pokémon between them (preferably only requiring one 3DS to so).
-Pokémon Z instead of X2 and Y2.

This, definitely. Would be nice if they could make DLC available, and perhaps have us download clothing packs manually? This way, I suppose they could be making some extra money. :]

I was discussing this just the other day. I wouldn't mind if Pokemon Z had stronger gym leaders, a larger plot for your travel companions, a stronger rival, and maybe the ability to have further customization on your character. I wouldn't mind putting glasses on myself.

Pokemon X/Y Sequel Wishlist/Predictions
Hey PC, with many people beating X/Y, let alone with a good number even completing the Pokedex, it made me think of things they could add in the next installment of the Kalos region. The title was the first thing to pop into my head, would it be called Pokemon Z? Or in fact, would they go based off of what they tried with B/W and make X²/Y²? Both ideas alter the release date slightly more.
One of the other things I felt X/Y lacked was the aftergame. All there really was worth doing was breeding and those two battle arenas which lacked the excitement as other areas. I think it would be awesome if they had brought back the Battle Frontier, or even Battle Tents, with unique rewards that aren't useless now (Proteins, Carbs, Bands, Ect).
And the finally hope for the remake, before everyone says it. #FREEVSSEEKER

well just so you know, previous installments in the series had that: Emerald was a (somewhat) different story set in the same region as Ruby and Saphire, and I presume Platinum was the same to Diamond and Pearl, so Z could still very well be a different story set in the same region, it doens't HAVE to be X2 and Y2 in order to do that. but I think it's pretty clear (by the naming) that Gamefreak has decided to go the X Y Z route

Im not sure if they will go with X2/Y2, but imo Z sounds better.

Um... what are you talking about? What does what they're named have anything to do with their story being set in the same region as the first two games in the trio? And also, how on earth does Yellow prove anything? Red/Blue/Yellow are Primary colours. (yes I know green is Japanese, but still, how does Yellow not fit in with the other colours?) Anyway, they're all trios, none of them prove X and Y will be X2 and Y2, Bw/B2W2 were the odd one out in the series, everything else isn't proving White/Black will now be the norms. It's the only one NOT a trio, in fact.

From things I heard and things I'd like to see:
- Renaming Traded Pokémon. That Torchic you get from the event will always be named Torchic/Combusken/Blaziken. Also, it allows people to change the foreign language names if they so choose.
- Mega Pikachu. This was a theory presented that would shake up the anime and allow Ash to get a Mega Evolution without having to evolve Pikachu. Personally, I love it.
- New region(s). There's a players guide that says certain berries could come from other regions. It could be talking about remakes of some kind (RSE of course, but there's still been a clamor for Yellow as well), but it could be referring to the war of the regions talked about in X and Y.
- Mega (Insert Gen V or VI Pokémon here). They didn't give any of the last 2 gens a Mega Evolution (with good reason, they're still pretty new) and I think they'll update that in the next game regardless of what it is.

My greatest hope is a bit of a stretch, but I can still hope, right? I would really like it if you could explore an entire new region after you beat the E4, much the same way that in Gold/Silver/Crystal you could go to Kanto after you beat the E4 and challenge all the gym leaders there and stuff. The game has hinted at a seventh region that hasn't yet been explored in-game, so it's a possibility, I think. That would be a fresh new experience, and it would fix the serious lack of post game activity that plagues X and Y.
In addition to that, I hope they make the game more challenging in general. None of the gym leaders or the E4 felt like a challenge at all. I also feel like my Pokemon were leveling up unusually fast (and I kept the EXP share off for the entire game). A greater challenge would be a very welcome change.

I agree with most of the people's suggestion's. But what i would really like and i am baffled that this still didn't happen is not to list every level up that a pokemon gains. This makes leveling really irritating especially if you do the restaurant battle and see your low lvl pokemon's gain 10+ bars wich takes an eternety. Wy can't they just do something like (put name here) Gained x lvl and has level to x. And again the exp bar if the pokemon gains a lot of exp just fastforward it or have an option to disable it. I really find this the most annoying thing in the pokemon series. Even very old rpg's don't list every lvl up.
