I'm not too worried about it. The least I need is a Grade C on that Exam and my Course Work would even it out to a B average. I want an A (who doesn't) but my primary objective is to pass to I'm confident I did enough to do that at least.

Here in the US, the movie is coming the end of the month. I can't wait for it. <3 Also, it was a series. I had almost every book except for two of them. I stopped reading them because I don't support Disney Parks for personal reasons, which I won't mention.

They were fact situations that we had to analyze and apply the appropriate laws to. It's not near as simple as straight memorization, but it was still simple enough to comprehend.

Appellate, like appeals to courts of higher jurisdiction for what the defendant perceives as wrongful judgements handed down to them by judges. They (the judges) may err in either issues of facts or law (like procedural impropriety, bias, prejudice or oppression shown to the defendant which may greatly affect the fairness of a trial) and those wrongfully perceived judgements go to Courts of Appeal to have that decision either affirmed or overturned.

The art gallery I'm not too keen on going, but since it technically class, I sort of have to. But it's all the way downtown, and the class is going to have to take the metro system to get down there. Whatever, the professor is going to treat us to lunch anyways haha :p

I've called a few places in Ottawa and sent off a bunch of resumes :) so hopefully something in July or September as a cashier, maybe Target or Independent.

3 week of useless school. That's what I'm going through right now as well. Fortunately, my last day is next Wednesday, and I'm graduating on Friday. ^^
