I think you mean Sinnoh Dex, because there are no trainers that have buuburn or elekible. You don't need those 2 in the dex to unlock anything

The game is from europe, the language is English, And i can't walk in those objects, it's really weird, I emailed nintendo. I hope they can help me.

Thats the weird thing, i never use AR or gameshark, we dont have those here in my country, and this isn't a pirated version, i brought it in the shop when it got released in europe.
