I do. I would pay $50 for what I could get for free on the PC, the PS3, the Wii, and the DS. Like...all the cool stuff, achievements, demos, videos, etc. are free. I wouldn't be paying for that.
Most developers use their own servers, not Microsoft's. So, I would be paying Microsoft to connect me to a server they don't own using a connection I'm already paying for. They are an unneeded middleman.
Free does not equate to bad. As its free on the PS3 and the PC and it works there. They offer less of the stuff that Microsoft offers for free, so...there's no comparison there.
It sucks with the DS and Wii because of the limitations Nintendo has enforced and most of the popular first-party games use crappy Nintendo servers. But there are third parties who use their own servers, just like they do with the 360, PS3, and the PC. So... really no point in paying $50 for nothing.
If I can find it for like $25-$30 (and I had a game to make use of it), I would pick it up. But, at the moment I don't see a point.
