  • I'm still lurking about :P I'm just not posting XD Though, if Skymin lets me I might vote in the next RPA...
Quick note... on what you have right now (still guessing its incomplete and could you put some pants on that guy or are we forced to stare at him in his boxers :p )...

Back on subject... reduce it down to 1 former squad member or have none please (unless they are both important to your character's story). Out of what used to be billions of humans that used to live in the galaxy all but 173 have been killed off (ok we don't know what happened to the other exodus fleets but we assume they all got whacked) so its very unlikely to have anyone you know on the ship. Also if you want your character to have NPC friends don't forget you have been stuck on this ship for 2 years with these people your are bound to have made some new friends/squad mates.
Well all human marines in this RP have HUDs built in to their helmets. Armor is fine but its not going to be too powerful (can be stronger than the standard issue stuff no problem with that). All Marines have access to helmets with breathing gear because they are required to fight in zero G and zero atmospheric conditions.

Strength enhancement is fine as well but there will be Pokemon (the big ones which no one seems to be playing) who will be stronger, and others who will be faster. Also consider the human body has limits as well so one balance could be if not carefully used the suit can actually break your own bones and tear your muscles (Only have to do this if you want to be REALLY strong when strength is activated).

Overall it looks fine just don't go god mode with it, and while the humans are very powerful (Otherwise the Pokemon could easily overrun them and kill them all off) I can't make them too powerful. Its going to be a hard balance. One balancing factor will be the Humans limited supplies... they lose a Hellion for instance they can't replace it. Specialty equipment (like this suit) are not replaceable either so too much damage will render them useless.
Honestly I think the suit looks a bit retarded, but its your character...

Ok if you want something like that (definitely not standard issue) you will have to be under SOC (Special Operations Command) at some time. SOC for the GTA works differently than modern day SpecOps in the fact no one applies to join them. They PICK the top (or most qualified for a mission) and invite them to join... this of coarse means your character is Bad*** before they offered him a slot in the SOC (I doubt you will have a problem with this requirement).

Also I would like an explanation of the suit's abilities (it can't be too powerful), why it was never widely circulated throughout the military, and why you have it. Also one stipulation on it... even with this suit your character never stood a chance against a single Shivan alone. Shivans were still stronger, faster (in zero to low G which is were most Shivan vs Marine encounters happened), and tougher.

The humans already have vast advantages due to technology (It doesn't help all the pokemon players seem to want to play cute and fuzzy Pokemon while all the human players are making bad***es), but lack the numbers, supplies, and such to ever win a war with the Pokemon. Which this will not become Human Vs Pokemon War 3 .... never the intention... Of coarse the Pokemon can cause earthquakes, and fart thunder so it balances out some...
In First Contact in the picture I'm guessing your character looks like the guy NOT on fire right? :p

Sorry couldn't help it that picture is some what amusing since the guy on fire doesn't seem to realize (or act like) he is on fire.
Well okay let it be absorbed, but your armor will sustain (x) damage and the impact of the electrical force will blow you back, that enough?
Cut it, with what? Needles? xD

Well Papercut's got many ways to do that so it won't be hard :D

And that would be too op, lol it only happens in movies :p
Well not a bullet obviously, way too dangerous and a big injury would take him out of the next battle.. so how about some combat injury, like a kick or punch (or a hit with the gun)
    I meant me, rofl.

I'm a general according to the old Pokemon rank system.. and now I'm a sh!tty chief, great..
Well about the problem solving, I thought of that but what would a general be doing in a rooftop without any troops? xD

    w/e, I'm omw
also where exactly do you want it to happen?

I'd say a rooftop in the western part of the city, where not many Pokemon have reached it yet, nor the humans are focusing their troops there so we'll be okay.
Prob is, how to get there. lol
Yeah, electricity is too strong, though thats what Papercut's going to use, find a way to block it and tell me
Okay, I'll help ya out with your Youtube vid xD

For example, if this is the link...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3E9Wjbq44E&ob=av2e

What you need is the last part, after the ? in watch. In this vid, it's this-

    v=T3E9Wjbq44E&ob=av2e

And then you replace the = with a /, and you're done! :D

    v/T3E9Wjbq44E&ob=av2e

Just copy and paste that part into the box for the video >u<

This way you can also put videos in your posts, by writing [ YOUTUBE]v/T3E9Wjbq44E&ob=av2e[ /YOUTUBE] without the spaces. :D Hopefully that should help ya xD
