So, the tiredness led to TMI everywhere, but I think I'm okay now. :D Buuuut it was nice to sleep in a bunch of times. There's advantages to being unemployed (but yeah, I do need a job soon).
Good because that sounds like it could be painful.
See, I used to be like that, but then my family switched from soda to juice and water when I was in high school. I've been without a constant supply of caffeine for years. ;_; HOW DID I GET THROUGH COLLEGE, ASTY?
x_x Migraine coming on, then?
Oh, I've tried. Isn't it always fun when you move them, AND THEN THEY GO AND SIT RIGHT BACK IN THE SAME SPOT YOU TRIED TO CLEAR? FUN TIMES, ISN'T IT?
It should be. And at the end of each episode, there'd be a freeze-frame where we'd both be either laughing at really cheesy jokes or caught in awkward and potentially compromising positions. With the producer's credits right over us.
*high fives*
Must've been the best conversation ever. XD I'm imagining it probably went something like this:
"Hey, you get a 10% discount off anything we buy, right?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"Oh, this girl I know online wants to know if she can buy ten thousand packages of jello for cheap if she gets a job here."
"...'Kay."
...Ew.
But at least I'm not the only one who used to chew on the sides on zir mouth.
...And I'd get that smiley face out again, but I'm lazy.
Oh yeah, I read about that. And yes, that weirds me out just a little.
Please tell me that was Card.
*bow*
...And now you know I'll actually read that book someday. XD
Do put it online someday. XD I'm now curious.
You gotta hand it to Novinha. She's a *****, but she's not violent, as far as I can recall.
*pets* It's okay, honey. The bad novel can't hurt you anymore.
Oh yeah. I took a good look at that stuff when you put it in the archive. On the other hand, I'm not entirely surprised. I mean, this is from the same era as those writing guides, right? Remember the one that taught people how to use Word's thesaurus? Fun times, Asty.
...And now I'm going to go find that fic. And I'm going to silently cry over being reminded how people used to characterize Bill. On the other hand, I think it was a bit bearable back then than nowadays. Now, people are trying to stick him with their Mary Sues. :| Seriously.
Or one saying that a story was written in present tense when it wasn't?
Every night is rant night! :D
It's okay. I sort of did too. Part of it was me wanting to headdesk over the lack of paragraphing and generic plots, but I can't really say much because I'm not supposed to stir drama anymore. :/
Might be a good idea. And then, I might actually push myself to write something. I have a review ready for the AAML fic. I just need to polish it up, post it, and run like a bat outta hell.
Oh yes. I remember you telling me that.
...I guess I just like the clacky noises. XD
MAYBE I DO. ;D
...People think you're innocent? Man, I thought you were a badass before getting to know you.
Inorite? It's not like you're the mod of the writing forum or anything.
Well, at least it was butter and not, say, something in glass bottles. That would've really sucked.
Yeah, I noticed that. I started getting orange names on my recent visitors list, and I was like, "lol, hi again, voyeurs."
THEY MISSED US, I'M SURE.
Evidently. :| I didn't even cause it this time.
See, apparently, there's these two twats on my board who like to go into our IRC channel (which I barely touch because I always log on and quickly forget I'm even on) who just can't get along. One of them started taking out his anger towards the other on a blog, but he was just genius enough to link to it in his sig. And people went through a small kerfluffle, and one of the mods banned the ****-stirrer without notifying him.
Which means on top of watching over the events over at the board, I have to keep an eye on... that to make sure it doesn't boil all over the place. Because boys can be right pussies sometime, you know? They say chicks get all dramatic? The most dramatic people I've met online were guys. :|
The mod does a great job, of course, otherwise. She's just new at modding, but oh my, the kids on the channel.
….
I really have no words to describe how :| I'm going. Man, I'm glad it's not a significant source of fanfic.
Yes. Yes, they would.
(Refresh my memory, but isn't it true that the stickied fic doesn't believe in paragraphing?)
BUT IT DOES. ;_;
Ironically, it was right near the airport, SO I GUESS APPARENTLY?
Edit: Speaking of sudden visitor spikes and people I haven't seen in months on my recent visitors list, can you make heads or tails of Skunter's last VM to me? 'Cause I can't. :(
