Although I prefer Dewgongs design, I'm going to say Walrein. It's a lot stronger, and I thiiiink it has a better moveset.

A cross between Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VIII. Chrono Triggers... everything is exceptional. FF8 is my favourite PS1 RPG, which is actually saying quite a lot. Also RDR isn't an RPG. :<

Personally, I think almost any game can be 'classic'. I consider things like Chrono Trigger, the Mana series and FF7 as classics, but at the same time, I also consider Wind Waker, Twilight Princess and Mario Galaxy as classics. All you have to do is enjoy them thoroughly. :3
