When it comes to Pokemon sprites I have a real soft spot for Yellow's and all of Gen2. Overall, I'm leaning towards Gen3 for best overworld, but I also have a ton of nostalgia here.

I've always had a thing for Dodrio. On one hand it is a bit silly looking while on the other I enjoy the high attack/speed.

I'd say it's pretty evenly matched for me. In the games and irl I like cats and dogs about as evenly as possible.

Probably Sinnoh's mainly because of Lucian.

Easily Blaziken. I loved using it in Hoenn and it's one of my all time favorite starters. Infernape is very whatever to me and I don't like Emboar at all.

I had a lot of trouble as a kid because I almost always chose Cyndaquil as well as a flying and bug type. I would go in with a team all weak to rock type moves and my team would crumble from rollout.

I remember evolving it into a Flareon because I loved fire types at the time.

The only thing I like about Victory Road is that last batch of trainers with decent exp for training before the elite four/champion. I really don't care if it goes through a cave or has multiple points of cave/open road. I wish if anything they would add more trainers or just trainers with...

Gen 5 Pokémon suck (for the most part) and the story is/was never good Gen 2 is a snooze fest Kalos could have been so good if everything in it wasn’t incredibly easy. Also the zero post game sucked.

I just did a play through and it was pichu which I was so disappointed with. I was really hoping for smoochum or tyrogue.
