Are you trying to make it transparent? The same transparent image you are using in Major/Minor/Primary Content, you can do the same with Secondary Content Editor. Add "transparent" to the "background color" field in Secondary Content.

Also be sure block footers are "transparent" too because of the visible lines. If you still need help I'll provide screenies of how I did it.
