I know that it's supposed to be random but it always seems to be to go in spurts...I seem to get 2+ with the same good or bad IVs then suddenly it'll change

It may take some time but it can be done and the only way to speed it up would be have a 6IV parent.

Oh I know THEY will understand, it's me that's the problem

Both parents have 5 IVs each right?
Is either parent missing the same perfect IV?
If so it may take longer...

I'm running around route 8 in Y looking for a shiny Inkay...been there for awhile.

I promised some Vivillons to someone I need to breed them but some how just not in the mood right now...
I probably should or I'll be annoyed with myself later.

If you go to the Battle Resort
The counter on the Left sells items and the one on the Right TMs

In ORAS along the beach of Battle Resort there are a whole bunch of move tutors. They all want BP to teach moves.

Some items, for me it's usually extra evolutionary stones and then some of the TMs.
and also Move Tutors in ORAS

I haven't been OR for about a month and a half now.
I caught most of the legends that I could except Heatran and Regigas.
I can't remember if I caught Lugia or HoHo on the bow of the sunken research area.

Yeah, it's kind of my Pokemon encyclopedia.
Lots of data on all the games.
Then there's Smogon for battling but I don't know it any where near as well.
No motivation to learn it. Just don't really enjoy that aspect of the game.
I'm delighted that I can get BP from Bank. Now I can get all those items I could never get because I could never earn enough BP

You know it's found in the Trackless Forest of both OR and AS.
I think there a some special conditions you have to meet like day of the week or time of day.
