The coati sprite is from Front: fusion with half scratch added aswell, so both; but back sprite of it is all scratch. I like that one to so I will make evolutions for it. The tuna one is all scratch. Oh and they are not glasses but to look like them, it could be a nose, part of the mouth or...

I could of evolve pikachu because I had everything for but I did not want to and I could get raichu aswell anyway from blue that I have; had both pikachu and raichu on yellow. Why get rid of the extra feature that makes the game yellow, it's extra enjoyment.

All Pokemon look different, I like the head big but is one of the ears different? They should be the same but if your happy with it then great. It's a good start for your first one though.
