You could try Celebi over Slowbro who essentially has the same resistances, except Celebi gets P-Song. Orrrr you could try a person favourite of mine

Beats most last mons (sup Reuniclus) and can set up Spikes. > Slowbro. Cool now you have a free slot to cover your Lucario weakness and for some more utility options like the SR and stuff you were struggling to fit in.

Jellicent is probably the best spin blocker in OU so yeah he's a given. I used Mismagius on my heavy stall team though with Wisp/Pain Split/P-Song/S-Ball with alot of def evs. Took a +4 Rock Slide from Excadrill and lived to burn it lmao.
