I'll never leave =)

I've only been here for, what, 3 days? And already, it's like a family.
It's just such a great community and everyone's nice.

Yep definitely :p I can definitely say that studying design is hella fun - a lot more than the part commerce degree I'm also studying xD
And yes I will definitely stop lurking when that stuff is done haha

Welp I can only lurk since I don't really have anything worth showing off atm :pp

It's a school thing and our final project so it's a team thing with lightly assigned roles and everything. Making the game with a mixed group of designers and computer science students (who do all the coding and everything)

Fairy will always be Fairy xD But yeah, will definitely be watching when it happens. More or less have been lurking A&D the last while when I got back into school.
Game won't really be done till June so it's still a while away. The game's called Obscura and I guess the easiest way to explain is that it's a 3D adventure/actionish/puzzle type game where the main character has to jump between the real world and alternative world. Plot gets kinda complex, but it pretty cool atm.

Cool cool! Won't be able to join one for a while though :p Probably not till this game I'm working on is finished.
Hard thing is actually getting people to join, but once you can get a number of regulars competing, hopefully we can have more and more competitions.

Morning Ninja! I only woke up about half an hour ago, I'm starting to sleep in till 10:30AM. I used to get up at like 06:30AM, now it's a struggle to get up =) I think it's growing up, i'm tired more then I used to be.

haha of course! One day just have a tag-off or something xD There used to be some 1v1 back in the day if I can remember? Maybe get some other people hyped up about competitions again.

Just everything in general tbh xD Planning to do that in my next trimester when I don't have a fun design subject. Just to sit down an spit out new pieces every week.

I just start with tutorials on deviantART or youtube and just keep practising every day. Like, since my art is always anime-style ish since that was the easiest for me, just found tutorials for them on dA and kept practicing till I got that one tutorial right.

Haha not quite there myself. I still have a long way to go personally. So much more I want and need to practice on :pp

Who knows :p I just remember making loads of tags everyday I was free. Terms were a bit meh for me to begin with. Like I sort of understood them and at the same time I did. It took a while before I was fully able to understand them.

haha I remember I needed GIMP to actually learn how to use photoshop. They were somewhat decent for first few days of graphics I guess.
And god slapping images together was my thing back in the day. They looked somewhat decent tho haha.

Man the times when Dukey was active and making tags in the forum - geez that takes me way back xD God knows who convinced me to start making my own, but then again there were so many graphic artists and digital ones that I couldn't keep track.

Ah I know what you mean. Seeing all the amazing artists at PC when I first joined ended up being half the reason why I'm studying to be a designer xD Lots of a hard work, but it feels like it'll be worth it.

Wasn't really in the sense that it was stressful, idk to word this but it felt like it became so much effort to make them.
Interesting since you're planning to make a job out it :D What motivated you to decide that?
