Well, it starts out in a lab. We take a series of ingredients that are consistent in all vaping liquids, Polypropylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerine. Those can come in any ratio, but we're making a 70% (VG) 30% (PG) blend. Then, we come up with a kind of flavoring we want to make. So, lets say we want to make a Strawberry Kiwi flavor. We obtain extracts either from outside companies or by centrifuging our own, and combine them in certain ratios to obtain the right flavor and refine it. From there, the liquid samples are taken to a perfumer, someone who can grade the flavor and recommend any changes, to refine it even further. For instance, the Strawberry flavor may be too potent, so a blending agent could be added to better marry the Kiwi element. Rinse and repeat! This is, of course, not including the manufacturing, bottling, labeling, marketing, and distribution of the product lol.
As of now, we have three flavors completed with two more on the way. It's a lot of work!
I'm just doing Liberal Arts for now. I'm not in any hurry to narrow down a major nor would I even know what I'd go for. Right now I'm just really enjoying going to class and doing well, so hitting certain milestones isn't as important to me. Hell, two of the classes I'm taking aren't even required for my major and won't be added to my college credits haha. But I love it nonetheless! Especially since one of my courses is an art history class so I've really been able to expand my horizons on that front too.
I find I work better under pressure because if I have any spare time I waste it lol.
